I ordered curbside delivery. When we arrived there were customers who were dining in that parked in the curbside spaces. I realize the restaurant can’t necessarily do anything about that, but annoying nonetheless. So we were forced to go in for pickup. My boyfriend went in for me and ended up waiting almost 20 minutes past the pickup time I was given. He had to ask more than once about the order. When we arrived home I could tell the food I had ordered had been sitting for a while. I only live about 5 minutes from the restaurant so it wasn’t far from home for the food to be like it was. My appetizer was pretty much cold and had that taste that fried things have after they have sat for too long (if you know what I mean). My steak was ok. A little over cooked. The food wasn’t worth the price or the hassle it took to receive it. We probably will not be back in the future.

I will say usually the service is excellent, and it wasn't until we paid the check that we never saw our server again. We were there for 4 hours, but we left a healthy tip. I don't usually hang out that long, but I was there with a friend I hadn't seen in 30 years. I would have loved to have had a refill on the drink.You can't beat Long Horn when it comes to steak, in my opinion.

Best food around. I always order the flo's filet and a baked sweet potato and baked potatoe both all the way. When it comes to steak, I dont look anywhere else they have it figured out.
Been to this place several times, always something is wrong either they bring something that I did not order or when I ask them to replace my drink because Dr. Papers tasted like water they were not happy with my request, than I decided not to leave tips because food was horrible and I was waited for waitress for 20 minutes to bring me my drink and manager or waitress added tips herself without my permission and I asked manager how is that even ok to add tips themselves he said that he thinks they deserve a tips and he was not even surprised about that I guess that is regular practice at that Longhorn, than just yesterday I order shrimps for me and my wife they was super spicy because I guess they were tried to cover it up since they got bad and not fresh already and today me and my wife had very bad diarrhea and nausea.So if you want good date Don’t go to this LongHorn waist of money and not safe and unhealthy.
