“Today I really wanted a beverage from Starbucks. When I ordered and received it, it looked amazing, however it was the small size, oh no!!! I accidentally ordered a small but wanted the large. Jenny took my order and was very friendly and helpful when I described what I wanted. After I saw the drink and realized it wasn’t the size I thought it ordered, PJ asked if I would like him to make me the size I thought I had ordered. I said yes please and he made me another one. I know the other reviews say slow service but I've gone maybe 5 times in the last 6 months and will say I've never had an issue. Currently the drinks come out in these cups so you can't see what's inside, but they give a significant amount of boba and seem to get sweetness levels right because I always ask for half sweet and it comes out perfect for me.“

“I just wanted to give Luca a shout-out for his amazing service. He's always so cheerful and kind and it is such a great way to start off my day. I always use the drive through and I usually have my order very quickly. I have been on a couple of special promotion days where the line was crazy, wrapped around the building and spilling into the road, but I still got through in a reasonable amount of time for the volume of people coming through.“

The biscuits are delicious, oh yeah, so was the rest of the food. The hamburger steak was not a frozen patty like most of the ones I've had. Pleasant atmosphere and spacious for size.“

“I’m a regular and the customer service is top tier, the teas are PHENOMENAL.! I always love trying different loaded teas and they never fail to make me dislike a tea, you got semi- sour, sweet, and savory. I ordered the hot 20oz Hazelnut Latte with an extra shot of espresso and it was spot on (for reference I typically drink black medium/dark roast pour-overs). I’m from out of town and wish I could take this place with me, such a neat place and I highly recommend the visit!Parking: May be a crowded parking lot during the busier times of the day, but worth finding a spot.“

“You are onto something here. First time I’ve been in and first time I’ve ever heard of the doughnuts being made and topped while you wait. The doughnut are amazing. I do think taking the experience to the next level would be a good idea. When you walk in you can’t see anything other than a picture of doughnuts. Make it more appealing on the eyes, for the kids and even the adults! If you are making them while we wait let us see you do it. Have a variety of toppings and colors on display where we can watch you create them. Make it more of an experience for all. But great doughnuts! Thank you!“

“Coffe was initially cold but immediately was replaced with a fresh pot by Clark who was extremely nice and very polite. Nathan made my wife’s drink, she requested a low calorie/sugar ice coffee that seemed complicated to me but he crushed it. While waiting for my coffee Nathan wanted to make a similar low calorie drink for my wife to see if she liked it, she loved it. Nathan made a custom drink out of kindness for free. We will now drive out of our way for this Starbucks. 9pm, 2 June.“
