Today I really wanted a beverage from Starbucks. When I ordered and received it, it looked amazing, however it was the small size, oh no!!! I accidentally ordered a small but wanted the large. Jenny took my order and was very friendly and helpful when I described what I wanted. After I saw the drink and realized it wasn’t the size I thought it ordered, PJ asked if I would like him to make me the size I thought I had ordered. I said yes please and he made me another one. I was able to pay the other one forward.That really helped to brighten my day and the drink was amazingly yummy.???

Honestly ridiculous that it takes them 30 minutes to make a cappuccino… they have 4 people working and one of them was just standing there talking the whole time. I’m a patient person and would think 10-15 minutes is fine because they have a busy drive-thru but 30 minutes is horrendous.

These employees are terrible. I will go off base or to the other Starbucks on base before I come here. They will give u a watery drink that u can clearly see is water. Like be fr. Even the manager has an attitude and don’t have a sense of customer service. We pay money for our stuff so we should get what we ask for.

If an additive is asked, then use the additive not a replacementIf im being charged for cold foam use cold foam not whipped cream yes there is a notable difference ive worked at a starbucks before so no its not a clever tip or useful hack its a cheap

I wanted to give this place a second chance since mistakes happen. I came in today (19 Dec) around 0715 to order coffee and we were told they were on holiday hours and we had to use the drive through. The hours posted for holiday hours only covered 3 days.

This location needs a lot of help. They should not focus on mobile orders before walk ins. Having the walk in wait 45 minutes while they are constantly making mobile orders for people who are not here is ridiculous. And they are always out of a lot of food and tell you after you have already paid and been waiting.

They are ALWAYS out of something. They can't keep anything in stock.Edited to 1 star. My past 2 coffees have tasted like water. I am just wasting my money. And they don't give receipts so I can't get a refund.

This is the first Starbucks I’ve ever been to that just doesn’t know how to make their own drinks correctly. I’ve ordered the same drink for years at a million different Starbucks but this place butchers it every time. It doesn’t feel like anyone here knows what they’re doing. The line was me and one old man and it took 20 minutes to get a drink. I’m really concerned everyone here is brain dead.

Get my stuff wrong every single time and I get simple things like a latte or a sandwich. I stand there waiting and they didn’t even put my order in. Super annoying. Don’t waste your time.

Very slow, I always come and only get spoken to after 20 min and it takes twice as long to get through the drive thru

Employees move super slow. Been waiting for 30 mins just for 2 drinks. There was not even a lot of people ahead of me.

Whoever sets the store hours on the app needs to change it. On the app it says the store is open from 8 p.m. to 2 p.m which doesn’t make sense because 8 pm is after 2 pm.
