“Our family of four had a great experience here. We find ourselves in Franklin quite often lately and were looking for a new dining experience. The service was great except that it took a while to get a host/ hostess as we waited upon entering. Seemed innocuous enough at the time. Our server was very good, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was very nice (elegant without being stuffy). The mozzarella Lollipops are definitely one of the best things I've ever tasted.I have read the bad reviews and I'm shocked, honestly, because it almost seems like there's some sort of bipolar nature to this restaurant. We absolutely cannot understand why there are any bad reviews based on our experience. I do believe the reviews as they are very specific and seem authentic. We plan to return soon and see if anything changes.We pray it doesn't!“

“My sister, brother-in-law & I stopped on a recent road trip. They ordered & paid for their meals with a debit card. I ordered & attempted to pay for my order in cash. The young man working the register was unable to figure out my 28¢ change while looking at the receipt in his hand. 1 quarter & 3 pennies, dude!! The food was quite good with fresh, hot fries & a tasty Mcdouble. I would definitely stop at this location again.“

“We ordered the new barbecue pork cheeseburgers. Didn’t realize until we got home we had plain cheeseburgers. Contacted Sonic. They provided two complimentary barbecue pork cheeseburgers. We picked them up tonight. They were very good. Service was great. Very rare to get such good service since Covid especially fast food. Truly refreshing“

“I am writing this review a little late, I got my food in February hence the heart-shaped biscuit, which I greatly appreciated. I was in town to drop off some paperwork at a doctor’s office, and passed this location on my way back to work. I downloaded the Hardee’s app on my phone and put a quick mobile order in. I ordered a hand-breaded chicken biscuit for breakfast, and it came out to around $5 total. The biscuit was delightful. The chicken was good, a little chewy here and there, but overall better than a McChicken biscuit. We got our food very quickly after letting the drive-through people know that we did a mobile order. The staff were courteous and responsive, which I loved.“
