I went today and the staff are so ride and definitely not people friendly. We did not get a hello or anything when we walked in. While making our sandwiches they rolled their eyes, acted like we were bothering them. Very disappointed in steak subs we got Friday evening I paid for extra meat didn't even look like there was normal amount no cheese supposed to be pepper jack on them worse made sub ever got from subway

Well I didn't actually make it by there that day Memorial day. But I called to ask if they were open and someone promptly answered the phone and politely said that they were open which in and of itself is something to be commendable. I have been there before and thought that the Subs were good. Now there are a couple of new Sub Shops opening up in Franklin pretty soon.
