Had an unfortunate experience at Hardee's drive-thru recently. The speaker system was poor, making communication difficult. My order was incorrectly prepared, and to top it off, I was overcharged. Certainly room for improvement in customer service and accuracy.

Went through the drive through. Sat FOREVER to get my order taken. Then waited a very long time to get the food. Slowest service possible.bad attitudes from employees.

This was one of the better Hardee's we've been, too. Service was great, friendly, and polite. The food was hot and fresh, even with no cars in the drive-through.

I’ve always enjoyed Hardee’s and was excited to have one a few miles away when I moved to the area 7 years ago. It took one trip to realize that this is not your typical Hardees and is run very poorly, which ultimately falls on Hardees corporate for not enforcing any kind of standards on their franchisee’s. First trip and my chicken sandwich was still cold in the center. I let them know and they made me another, which was also cold in the center. I assume the equipment at the time was not working correctly. Anyways, I lowered my expectations from that first trip and never ordered the chicken sandwich again. I’ve been back a few times out of convenience but always left disappointed. About 2 years ago I decided I would never go back to this location after waiting about a half hour in the drive thru. Then recently, the building received a facelift and I thought that maybe they were investing in improvements and trying to turn things around. Not the case. I’ll say that the staff is friendly, just incompetent. Appears to be a severe lack of leadership. I don’t blame the employees as much as I do the ownership. Not a lot of great food options in that area which is how I suspect they are able to continue operating despite their poor reputation. If you want acceptable service and a meal almost worth these inflated costs, do yourself a favor and drive to the Wake Forest Chic Filet or Zaxbys.

The food is always hot. I stopped at this location on my way to church .I waited approx. 8 minutes to get to drive through talk box. When I get there, she tells me to wait and she will be with me as soon as she can. I wait 5 minutes at talk box and she never came back. I pulled out of the line as I had to go. The lady is outside smoking a cigarette. If it's her break time, then someone needs to cover her.

I typically don't leave reviews, but felt inclined to do so this time. I always notice the low review for this location, and it honestly affected my decision to not visit. However today my son wanted a burger so we stopped in. They were all nice when ordering. We enjoyed everything we had (Nashville chicken, hot dog, burger and fries.) my 6 year old son even wanted a second burger. The renovations are a nice touch as well. Will definitely be back.

Shut the place down if you can't find employees. Why bother keeping it open? I just relocated to this area and gave your drive through several attempts... each one was a total let down. Today I watched 5 cars pull in and after being ignored at the microphone pull off and leave. Last week a woman told me she was the only one working and could not take any orders. Why bother?
