Bryce spilled a drink on my wives lap in the drive thru, because he tried to put 5 drinks in a 4 drink carrier. Then when my wife asked him to hold the drink while we got settled in the car he then asked, "uhhhh do you still want the drink?".

Just had the worst experience. This younger male was taking someone’s order infront of me but was not moving the car forward so I couldn’t move into the other lane to get around them, at this point I already had my order taken, so I was stuck behind this car which led to MULTIPLE cars getting infront of me in line. I get to the window, turns out the younger woman who took my order didn’t process it, so I sat there watching other people get their orders and it took them 5 minutes to even ask me what I had. Instead of apologizing and fixing their mistake with a positive attitude, they proceed to jump to a conclusion and tell me it’s my fault for not stopping to get my order taken. Worst service from a chick fil a. 911910.Edit: Just to let yall know all I had was a large Mac and cheese, so there’s no reason for why I was waiting for 20 minutes to get my order.
