I got an Italian sub. Within one hour I got a stomach ache that has lasted 6 hours. My husband also got a stomach ache. I will not eat here again.

I have been disappointed with this Subway a few times now. My latest experience was in January 2024. When building my order I noticed the lettuce was brown and requested fresh lettuce. The young man behind the counter looked at the woman he was working with as of he didn't know what to do. She nodded as a way to say that was ok to get new lettuce. He turned to the fridge behind him, pulled out a new bag of lettuce. He dropped it on the floor and picked it up off the floor and put it on the food prep counter above the fridge. He then proceeded to open the bag and grab a handful of lettuce to put on my order. He did not change his gloves after grabbing the bag off the (dirty) floor. He then preceded to grab meat from various meat pans and vegetables from many vegetables pans, Again without changing his contaminated gloves, thus CONTAMINATING ALL of the food in those pans, then the oil and vinegar and seasoning jars. Not to mention the food prep counter that he placed the dirty lettuce bag on.As I watched this proceed in front of his co worker who said nothing and didn't appear to be fazed by the gross contamination of all the product, I could only imagine how food prep is handled and nobody is watching.After my order the person behind me also asked for fresh lettuce. Both staff continued to use the food in all the food pans.

They were quick to get the food ready when I placed the online order for pickup, and when I arrived, the order was already ready. Even so, I'm not pleased with the food because I didn't receive what I ordered, particularly because the sauces I chose when placing the order weren’t there; instead, the sandwich was sore that I was unable to eat it. In the future, I won't order from this local store.

Usually never had problems here but tonight watched the girl make sandwiches and hide the black molded tomatoes under tomatos that looked better and left my order and walked out all the vegetables looked rotten and

Good luck if you put in an online order. The app told me it was “ready”, so I show up and wait around for 20 minutes while they make everyone’s in-person orders. Mine goes untouched and the staff are completely unhelpful when I ask about it. They ignored me the whole time. I asked them to just cancel it because I only have so much time on my lunch break… who knows if I’ll even get a refund for the sandwich that never got made.

I haven't eaten at a Subway for at least 5 years. Now I remember why. We went in with 25 minutes until closing. There was a lady cleaning the bathrooms who clearly saw us & paid no mind to us. No one EVER helped us. Never again!! No customer service! They sucked!!

We ordered three different subs online. Steak and cheese, tuna, and turkey. We picked it up and when we got home realized they made two steak and cheeses ( which were made incorrectly, but whatever we can pick stuff off) and no tuna sub. We called and told them it didn’t match our online order so asked if we can bring the duplicate steak and cheese back and get the right sub. The owner was incredibly rude and said no we won’t do that. So we asked if we could get a refund for the one sub that was an error. He literally laughed and said no there is nothing I can do for you and hung up. Never apologized or cared to correct the mistake. We will not be back to this location again.

Everyone knows what to expect from a Subway sandwich. They aren't the best but they are quick. We ordered sandwiches and for the third time in a row there were multiple mistakes with the order. I called to see if we could have one sandwich replaced. We would just keep one sand which that had entirely incorrect toppings and bread. I tried to explain to their manager that we are very careful ordering because this seems to happen repeatedly. We ordered three sandwiches. One was exactly correct. One was omitted completely and the third sandwich was a mirror order exactly like the second rather than the completely different sandwich, but with incorrect toppings. When I explained to the manager that we will return the one sandwich and would like the replacement he said there was nothing he could do to help us. I said sure you can, you could trade the incorrect steak for the tuna we ordered. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Every time I am in the store people return to the store complaining about picking up orders that were incorrect. They've permanently lost business from my family. Not because of a mistake but because of an unwillingness to correct the mistake reasonably. If you choose to use the store, and I don't recommend it, never use their online ordering option for pickup.

Regular subway. Great for Hispanics seeing as all the help barely speaks English. Terrible for everyone else. Have had to explain several different times how to heat steak up without toasting sub

I didn’t even get to eat lunch today during lunch break, due to the slow sandwich artist maker behind the counter. I can make a sandwich in 1 minute, why is it taking this dude 7 minutes just to put lettuce on a sandwich ? I’m not trying to be mean or anything but for real I couldn’t wait any longer, and then he was dealing with a couponer who had five orders . Next time I’ll just eat at the Chinese food store next door, I can probably get chicken and broccoli in 5 minutes
