Placed my order through the app and stopped by to pick it up on the way home. It was a pretty large order but was prepared quickly. One of the drinks was wrong but the guy running the window was happy to fix the issue. Everything we ordered was in the bag when we got home. Definitely recommend this Taco Bell.

When this place first opened it was a mess and the service was terrible. The food was also hit or miss and it was unlikely you were going to get what you ordered. However, someone has corrected all of those issues and it is working much better now. I go there often and the food is good and the drive-thru is very fast and friendly.

Every single time I come to this Taco Bell something is wrong. Sometimes they give me chicken quesadilla instead of cheese, no ice in my drink, or one taco instead of two like I ordered. Like showed in the picture below, they just obviously don't care. Staff is very rude and impolite every single time. If I could give it a zero I would.

Was parked for 10 minutes just to get some cold food, and I was the only car in the drive-thru. Will not be ordering here anymore. Food was disgusting!
Retinol Manifest needs to take a soreus look at this location Never have i had a Chalupa this poorly made flat as a pancake Never will I be going to this location again and this is not the fist issue iv seen with this location this is just the last straw and don't get me started on the Rancid tasting chips like the oil is weeks old unfiltered ? Do not go to this location save yourself the time and go to Fuquay location by tractor supply

Normally the quality is very good here. Not tonight, 12/08/2023. My wife got tacos supreme, beef and chicken, both had hardly any meat and a ton of spur cream. I got 2 burritos with the first two and last two bites having nothing tortilla and also almost no meat inside. The nacho fries were barely warm. Disappointed with whoever was preparing these this evening.

Today we attempted to enjoy a peaceful lunch at this location. Unfortunately that was ruined when another patron (seemingly a regular) came in and began to talk with one of the employees while eating….which would have been fine except he began to make the most racist remarks about Puerto Ricans that it was jaw dropping. As I sat there with my Puerto Rican wife and half Puerto Rican son, the only people in the dining area, we simply could not believe what we were hearing. My wife could not stand to hear it any longer and politely spoke up to inform the individual that his comments weren’t appropriate and as a Puerto Rican she did not appreciate having to sit there and hear him speak so poorly of her entire race. The individual responded aggressively to her and began to speak very crudely about her as she walked to the bathroom. I spoke up and asked him to calm down and take it easy, that he was speaking very crudely to my wife. He jumped up in aggression and started to lunge toward me before stopping after take a few steps. It was ridiculous and sad. Unfortunately the employee there did nothing to help the situation. She did not ask the racist patron to leave, ask him to not make such comments nor correct his threatening behavior. We were left there in the dining area to defend ourselves. We picked up our food and left before the situation escalated any further.This place is clearly not LatinX friendly. I would strongly urge you to find another Taco Bell location. One where you don’t have to subject your family to open racism nor the threat of violence.

I ordered from this restaurant on UberEats just two hours before closing time. Unfortunately, the food was made 37 minutes before the delivery driver was there, and I was worried it would be cold by the time it got to me. So, I called the manager to request a remake, but he refused, saying the food was already prepared. However, I don't want to receive soggy tacos that have been sitting under a heat lamp for a while, assuming they even put them under the heat lamp. I was disappointed with the service and quality of the food. Unless I go in person, I won't order from this restaurant again. It's disgusting.
