There is 0 possible way your order is right through the drive through. The food is always good I will say that but the orders through drive through always take forever and are NEVER CORRECT!! the people who work here are also very ghetto2 Hispanic managers work here and I heard them speaking Spanish to each other and they were trashing customers in line and saying terrible things about co workers..they seem racist against white people imo

I am so utterly disappointed. I drove through the drive through on Sunday, March 3rd after church at 11am. I ordered a small chili and a baconator, no bun, no mayo,no cheese, add lettuce and tomato. I had to pull up and wait even though I was the only one in line. They brought my food out and I went hoke to eat. When I pulled out the baconator, it had 2 pieces of cheese on it. I am allergic to dairy. I ordered it specifically because they usually get it right. I tried to call and got no answer. I am not driving all the way back to Fuquay-Varina to have them remake it. I will have to throw it away. This is so disheartening, especially with the cost of food these days! I usually always check my food before I leave the location, but did not today. This store has never been the same since Ken left as manager. I will not return. I am starting to believe that fast food service is an oxymoron!

Been to 1 Wendy's, you've pretty much been to them all. However, their Dave's specialty soft drinks are awesome! Try the Orange Creme Soda. You won't regret it!

After a 20 minute wait in line at the drive-thru, we ordered a small chili and a pretzel baconator. We were charged for the chili, but it was missing from our bag. Tried to head inside to notify the staff, but all doors were locked. Refused to wait in the drive-thru line for another 20 mins. This is not the first incident like this we've encountered at this Wendy's.

Workers here are kind, and deal with the stress well. But every time I'm here there's nothing but confusion while organizing and packing orders. No real management.They are always super slow.Last visit I waited 10 minutes for someone to come and take my order. This visit they gave out food from my order twice before finally handing me my order 35 mins later.

Bruh: the service is so bad here, you might as well just close it down. It's so bad, it's comical at this rate lol. They have poor customer service, the store looks un-clean , and the food is always cold or some sort. As if they're defrosting the food in a microwave . I work in food service, and this is quite tragic. The team is obviously not supported by management, so they give no cares. If someone doesn't lead by example, what can you do?! Just shut down beloved. lol

The store sucks! They made we wait for over 30 minutes just for fries and this wasn't the first time. I tried to give same grace the first time, but this continues to happen. Honestly it's just a Wendy's thing, they do this at every store. They definitely just hired anybody at this location.
