horrible management. they harass customers to get a credit card/ upgrades. everytime I go in there I can't ever just shop. someone is always coming up to me trying to sell me things. If I wanted a damn credit card I'll ask my self!!!

I was at BJs on 06-07-23. I had to use a self checkout BJs is taking selling techniques from the local Sleaze Bag Used Car Dealers. They force you to use the self checkouts because the only have one cashier.They sneak a prompt to automatically renew your membership. My membership expires this November I won't be renewing my membership at BJs (AKA)The SleazeBall Used Car Dealer in Garner. Check your receipts for this underhanded technique.It's no wonder why they have NO customers yet when we go to Costco they are always busy.

7/18/22: This was my first time here. I was shocked that there was no hand sanitizer or sanitizer wipes available upon entry as at other BJ's I visit. Also, no one was wearing a mask besides me. I thought that was weird, but HEY...whatever. I went before noon. It wasn't packed at all, which I loved. I wasn't greeted upon entry but that's all good. I just wanted to start shopping and get it over with. I usually have my groceries delivered, but I couldn't today. Bummer because it was hot as you know what outside. I was able to find everything I needed and then some. The store is organized and clean. There was ONE cashier working by himself though & I had to go to him with a huge cart full of items. I felt so badly for him. Lol. He was kind of slow, but he placed my items so beautifully inside my cart. He really took his time to make sure everything fit & wasn't squished. I left and got home to some very smelly flounder from their "fresh" seafood section. I was disgusted & now I have to waste gas going back to return it. All in all, my visit wasn't that bad. I will go back for sure. I may just skip the seafood section.

The solicitation at this location has gotten out of control. Just past the TVs, phones and other electronics, there's a stand where these solicitors gather and approach customers trying to sell them various phone and internet plans, etc. I try to avoid that area at all costs. Well, now they're following customers throughout the store! Ambushing us in aisles, refusing to take NO for an answer!! It's ridiculous! Yesterday when I was shopping a young man was harassing me about a Verizon phone plan. I literally had to walk away from him while he was still talking. Then another man approached me trying to sell me T-Mobile services, wouldn't stop talking and kept following me when I was walking away and was even laughing! This is unacceptable and I will not shop here any longer.

Typically I am a major fan but never buy meat here.. BUT TODAY I went to go grab some Perdue drumsticks and by the grace of God the bag was leaking and the smell it let out was God awful.. I was embarrassed since it got on my hands and there was no hand sanitizer or paper towels anywhere. Put the chicken back and rushed out of there. Will never try and buy meat at BJs ever again..not sure why it smelled that way but some of the packs of meat were bloated as well. I'll stick to Costco for my meat.

Love this club! Proves and product selection is very good, especially for baking items, frozen food, office supplies and pet items. Parking is easy and accessible, especially for the handicapped. We're disabled and they have a long row of accessible spaces right in front of the warehouse. Staff has always been very happy to assist us with loading and unloading heavy items whenever we ask, even though it's a self-service club. Wait times in line are reasonable, even though people are buying large quantities. Membership here is worth your money. Highly recommend!

I had trouble with a purchase. The employees were not helpful in the store. I contacted BJs on their website, and they said the Garner store would contact me. Four weeks later, no follow up with me by BJs ( Website or Garner location). I emailed again, and left a message at the store, but nothing resolved for me.

This is strictly for the tire center!! (Doesn't seem to have a separate page). Love the main center Had an appointment for tires (which I ordered 1.5 weeks ago and this was the first open appointment day). Got there and there is only one person working. He said it would be about an hour. But the tire center also does propane tanks. I've seen him leave to go fill up tanks of people who just walk in 7 times now and seen 2 people walk in and then leave since no one was there to service them. While I still am waiting for my car which I had an appointment for an hour and forty five minutes later... Grateful for the deal on tires and I don't blame the one worker on duty, but not worth this hassle. I made an appointment for a reason. I'll pay the extra to be seen elsewhere next time.
