The woman standing outside taking orders was snotty and acted like we offended her by showing up. She entered the order wrong so we didn't get a third of our order (3 biscuits, 2 fries, 2 drinks). I don't think the poor girl at the window in training knew what a biscuit even was. Another girl had to fix our order but we had to repeat it 4 times. There had to be at least 8 staff members visible from the drive thru window and only 2 were working, the new girl included. The rest were all joking and playing around doing nothing. The work ethic here is seriously lacking.My son and husband got sausage egg and cheese biscuits. They both said the cheese was hard and the sausage was like rubber and neither could finish their biscuit.

There was a girl that didnNOTTTT know how to do her job. We went in and got 2 simple supreme dinners and they COMPLETELY got it wrong 3 times. The mashed potatoes tasted so BAD it was like they squeezed an orange in it. Then we waited 20+ minutes on 3 chicken biscuits and when we went to go check for them after we ate THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT THEM! TERRIBLE worker food sucks don’t come !

Its a hit or miss with this place. Ordered two breasts and fries and a drink. I got home and got no fries and two thighs
I just got home from getting 2 for $4 sausage and biscuits, 2 for $5.50 chicken and biscuits, 2 cajun club chicken sandwiches, and an order of fries. They charged me $7.80 for my chicken and biscuits and didn't put one of my cajun club chicken sandwiches in my bag. So I was totally ripped off. My bill was $30.80. They owe me $10.00. I would have turned around, but I live too far. I need my $10.00!
Well after waiting 35 minutes at the pick up window on an UberEats order, I have to say it was worth it since the pay was good money. SHOUT OUT to Marquise for working soo hard and fast while it was very busy. He was real nice and didn’t forget me at the window while he had so many other orders to work on. I assume he’s a supervisor/manager because of the uniform he had on. Thanks Marquise!!
