Honestly love the food at Buffalo Wild Wings, this review is more for this specific location. Would’ve been better if our waiter Trevor didn’t decide to chug beer with his buddies and ignore his tables. Then when my friend waved him over to ask for our checks he says “Oh you should’ve just tapped me”. Quite unprofessional.

Dirty floor dirty dishes covered one side of bar. Electrical/ control panel door was open which is a safety hazard. And it was partially blocking women’s rest room. Door to kitchen was open. . Our waiter Jeremiah was very nice.We had to ask for dip sauce bc we were not offered any. Host staff not welcoming. Floors outside were being cleaned. No signs or warnings. Had to literally move around to the outside of parked cars to keep from getting sprayed. Sprayer was oblivious. Otw out part of exit door laying on sidewalk which was a tripping hazard. No post visible of restaurant grade. Food was so-so. No slaw available.We go to a different location most of the time. We will be going there n not here again despite it being closer.

Waiting over an hour, for 3 orders of wings and nachos, after an hour and some mins we decided to cancel the order, am a chef from kaze and I know that won’t take that much to make that order, lover that place but, seems like the don’t care about the last orders, disappointed.

I ordered wings with wild sauce, but they came dry, as if they were sauced and then put in an oven to dry. Weird. Our waitress/bartender was amazing. She was very friendly, kept our drinks filled and kept checking up on us. If we go back, it'll be because of her.

My son and his friends visited Buffalo Wild Wings and Garner about 2 months ago and I noticed on my credit card bill and outstanding amount for 1 person to eat. I ask my son if he paid for any one else and he said no. I asked him what he ate and he said that he had Buffalo wings. Come to find out, one of the servers was giving themselves a hefty tip at my expense. So, I called Buffalo when wild wings and it was taken care of after i spoke to a manager. I've noticed that a lot of these servers now, at any restaurant, are fudging the amount of tip that was given to them. So everyone needs to be very aware of what's going on with these new servers these days ?
