I have ordered a few times from this location. I've tried drive-thru, walk-in and through the BK app. Seems like the team has changed, but they all miss orders. How is that possible? I always see someone, possibly a manager, checking off items from the ticket order as she is placing them in the bags. For some reason, an item or two is still forgotten and when you double check before driving away, they look at you like there's no reason to check if it's all there and you're wasting time doing so. On my last visit, I had the girl wait while I itemized everything in the bag. Sure enough, one burger was missing. She went back in to bring me the burger and apologized. When I got home, it wasn't the correct one I had ordered but the cheapest cheeseburger on the menu. I hope they see my review and try a little harder to fulfill orders and double check the receipt.

One of the best locations in the triangle area. Staff never F my order up and are friendly. They also still have the old school fountain drink multi fillers and not the giant single one other locations have
Burger King is one of my favorites when it comes to fast food and it is hard to beat a Whopper. The prices have gotten so high over the past few years it has lost it's VALUE and now I can eat at a real sit down burger place with waiters for about the same price. They could also speed their service up a bit as they seem much slowe as compared to some of their competitors. Use the app to get the best values and rewards their coupons are not as good as they once were. Lastly, their breakfast is by far the worst of any fast food chain and it tastes like every biscuit and croissant is microwaved like something you would get at a gas station.

Ordered 4 whopper Jr meals. All were very delicious and properly made (not thrown together like other places). The fries were hot and fresh also!Parking: Easy in and out with 2 entrance/exits

Went inside to place an order on 8/19. The manager waited on me and was polite and professional. (She always is). I heard a worker make a statement about how I ordered my sandwich (which was ONLY without cheese; too easy). Nevertheless, it was made wrong. I called back and spoke with the same manager who told me to come back at my convenience and she would fix it.I returned today. 8/20 only to have a manager tell me to come back. No....... I have my receipt and the other manager left the duplicate for my return. This manager starts making a big deal (speaking Spanish to another worker) over a hamburger. Really!I USED to come to this location even though its not the closest one to me and it's more clean. I will not return since my business isn't appreciated.
