We have been to the location several times in the past for pickup orders with no issue, however today was a whole other experience. I bit into a leaf in my bowl- no not a salad leaf or shredded lettuce, an actual, crunchy TREE LEAF. I'm honestly not even sure how this happens and I don't even want to think about it but it's disgusting.

definitely do not recommend this location. the whole place was a mess and one of the employees working the line was extremely rude, she acted like everything we asked for was an inconvenience for her (like asking for a side of queso) and also said they were out of things that were sitting right in front of her lol. worth the drive to go to a different chipotle instead of the white oak location

This store is always dirty. Food everywhere except in containers where it belongs. Grill has burn scapings everywhere. They are consistently out of food items and even bowl tops. Staff is rude and slow. Chipotle needs to hire new management for this location.

Tighten up ! I’m paying for a meal and they just tryna figure out how they can add less food on the bowl. Manager telling employees to tap the spoon after you scoop before adding it to my bowl is crazy

If you are thinking about going to this chipotle, just reroute to the other chipotle in Garner instead. There is a white lady who works at this location who consistently has terrible customer service and is just rude. You can tell she strikes fear into the workers around her so i’m assuming she is a manager or team lead. I Truly I hope she leaves chipotle and finds a job that she loves instead of putting her negativity into my burrito bowl.

Picked up our entrees ordered from the app very fast. When we got home my salad was half sized and so was my husbands burrito bowl. This restaurant is usually much better than this and worth the value. With no email to make customer complaints I am posting here. I feel ripped off and won’t return.

Every time I come in here the employees are standing around, the tables are dirty, the trash cans are over flowing, and a menu item is unavailable. The silverware containers are empty napkins and trash near them from people being lazy and it’s not until u say something that someone comes to fix it. It’s should be standard to keep the store neat. I like chipotle but this store make u not want to eat inside. Friendly staff (mostly bc there is always that one who doesn’t want to be at work)
Gave this rating a 2 instead of 1 ONLY because the food was good. Otherwise the staff is terrible. And the restaurant is DIRTY! My receipt says Andrea on it but the hispanic girl running the line with her hat almost covering her eyes had a terrible attitude. Does not greet you just stares at you until you say what you want ( as if the customer is a bother lol ) at the end the cashier asked me if i wanted anything else i asked for a side of sour cream. The previous girl Slammed my side of sour cream on the counter out of reach and walked away, ( mad i asked i guessed?) almost went behind the line to get it. not sure who the manager is? Im assuming the white younger looking female ( whos attitude also isn't the best) . Wont be wasting my time or money at this location anymore. Going to the other location a little deeper into Garner or Moes across the street. Chipotle do better!

The counters and floors had dried food and fresh food on the counters and floors. Some of the food bins were practically empty at the food bar. The health rating is 99 but the restaurant needs to be reviewed. So disappointed in the service at this site. My husband and I have been to this location many times. This was such a disappointment……

I love chipotle but this place is the worst one I have ever been to. I brought my son and my wife since we always love to eat at Chipotle’s in Hillsboro street. We thought this was going to be a nice experience but I regret the moment we came to this place. It was dinner time. The 2 stars is for the 2 girls in front. They were very nice to everyone. Unfortunately, the location was a mess, there was rice grains everywhere, trash cans were overflowing, the tables were empty but disgusting. We cleaned with multiples napkins a table to be able to sit. My son 3 years old ordered a quesadilla, he ended up crying out laud because the beans were so spicy that he could not handle it. I might be able to understand they were busy but personally, this whole experience was very stressed full for me. Will never forget my son’s face when he had unnecessary spicy food. It was supposed to be a kid’s meal.
