This is not the first time that's the only reason I'm taking time to post. But my family friend and I just left. We ordered chicken quesadilla trays with double Cajun fries. Fries had no seasoning at all, quesadilla had none of the sauce on it that usually is on them. Food is warm yes and cooked well but service is worse and the food is not prepared the same as the past. Even when making sure you ask for Cajun fries you don't get them. Should have given 1 dtar after the service I got the other day to, but at least my food was warm so I give 3 stars.

Was handed the wrong drink at the drive thru. Told them they handed me the wrong drink, and they made me GIVE THE TEA I HAD ALREADY DRUNK OUT OF BACK. They said they couldn’t allow me to have an extra drink I didn’t pay for… when they are the ones that screwed up. I made it clear I had already drunk some, hopefully they didn’t remove the straw and serve it to someone… I’ve never had a restaurant take back something that’s been eaten, it’s a health violation and is unsanitary. Also wasteful as you’re supposed to throw it out so you might as well leave it, YOUR mistake not mine man. Absolutely Disgusting

The food very fresh and good.The soda glasses were filled to the brim with ice so that when the straw was put in, a hole was made and the little soda it contained spilled out. They should use other types of stronger glasses for the drink or put less ice.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The dirty looking guy that took my order asked me to repeat my order 3 times. Then tells me to Relax. I jumped out of my car so quick only to be basically brushed off by the manager who didn’t seem to see anything wrong with his workers behavior.
I normally love cookout, and while there can be some hiccups, this is by far the worst cookout experience I’ve ever had. I got a 2 corn dog tray with cheese bites as both sides; when I opened up my container there wasn’t even enough cheese bites that would be in one side order. My partner asked for 2 hotdogs with relish, mustard, and ketchup and both sides as cheese bites…somehow they ended up with chili and mustard on their hotdogs, fries as their side and 7 cheese bites. There was a lack of communication through the drive through itself as well, with them not being able to understand a single thing we were saying, even when we corrected them. Do not waste your time and money with this location.

Setting aside the unpleasantness of the person who took my order (it was pouring down rain and he was obvious with respect to his annoyance as I struggled to stay dry while I ordered), this wasn't a good first-attempt at a Cookout.The burger was supposed to be a double with cheddar, bacon, and hold the onion.What I got was a sad-single, way too much cheese sauce, one lonely slice of bacon, and disappointment.The sole upside was the sides (Cajun fries and the cheese bites), because they were total winners. Well seasoned, cooked just right, and flavorful.3/5 stars and I probably wouldn't recommend Cookout to anyone, because it basically left me feeling like a visit to a poorly staffed Wendy's, only with extra steps leading to disappointment.
