This place was like most other cookouts I’ve been too. I’m giving it 5 stars because of Mrs. Brenda. This woman was patient with my children, and talked with them when they wanted to go back and talk to her. The kind hearted nature she showed my family and me will have us drive the extra bit to this cook out. Thank you Mrs. Brenda and the rest of the staff in the back for the food. It was very good

My mother and I came in from work to share some fries and onion rings. Once we walked through the door we were greeted with a warm smile from Brenda. She took our order made sure we had everything we needed and checked back on us to make sure the food was ok. Brenda exudes top customer service and we were so satisfied with our visit the food and great and dining area clean. Thank you to Brenda and the entire cook out crew on Jones Sausage Rd.

We bought our church group the past couple of nights to this cookout and everything was great. Brenda was so nice and she made sure we were all taken good care of. I definitely recommend this cookout because the food, atmosphere, and staff is great.

Everytime I go I'm hoping they will redeem themselves but fail every time. This time I mean it, I'm not going back. I've never been and haven't spent 20-30 minutes in line. The guy taking my order was switching back and forth and finally after 4 cars we finally get ojr order completed and our total. Pull up to the window and he kept apologizing. Like complete the order your currently working on then go to the next line. Four cars and 20 minutes later!!!!!

Grumpy order taker in the drive thru. Paid for double quesadilla sauce, only one was in the box. Asked for our second one and was told we had to pay for it. (Already did!). Shorted one bottled water. Paid in cash and did not receive change. Shorted under a dollar in change but seriously?! I can overlook one error but 3 all in favor of the franchise makes one think how often this happens.

This location could really use additional training. It does not operate like most in the area. Took a while to order, forgot parts of our order altogether and then had an attitude when we went in and asked for it. Hopefully with additional training they can be just like the other cookouts!Pictured is a bacon ranch wrap

Lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Food was good. Served fast. Dined in. Loved the walking taco side. The BBQ grilled chicken had a good grill taste. The sandwich needed a little more bbq sauce which I went back for. The corn dog is crunchy crispy texture. My friend got the double cheeseburger and very satisfied. His double fries are crispy and hot.
They pretty much all suck now nothing real to eat there anymore. Everything taste fake even the milkshakes.. so what can I say ?♂️

Staff is horrible at this location. They don’t care about customers, much less the food. You’ll get your food thrown at you! My experience has been reported. Do better Cookout! Oh and here’s a picture of the twist tie that was IN my burger.

I love the food here, however I was very disappointed during my last visit when I was given a single sauce for my strip tray. When I asked for an extra one I was told I would be charged an additional 25c for it. I would understand paying for additional sauces AFTER my second sauce but only getting 1 seems pretty stingy to me. I also emailed Cookout's customer service and they wrote a response the length of a tweet that basically said "sorry, we'll 'file this experience'" which basically sounds like the person responding didn't care at all.
