Drive thru was busy so parked and went inside…BIG MISTAKE! No one greeted us to take our order so after 10 minutes waiting at counter we used kiosk. 20 minutes later our coffees were made but no dozen donuts? We asked about our order and we were told we will get it…had to ask again after our name was taken off the completed order board. 6 staffers working drive thru and 1 for walk-in….manager totally oblivious ?

You guys got to be kidding me , even my kids were laughing. Get to the window n it’s all nasty and fillled with cobwebs . Where is management?

Well, the customer service experience definitely was not the best. There was no greeting, nor a "Thank you". I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese PANCAKE wrap but it was wrapped in a tortilla (see photos) .... my tea was not good at all. Very unsatisfied. Will not be returning here.
Marc was horrible he didn’t speak charge me for a hot French vanilla coffee told me 5 mins of waiting he didn’t have French vanilla I asked for a refund he snatched the receipt the Clayton Dunkin has way better

i ride by every morning and sometimes come inside this store is by worst the worst in the area I rather drive to Clayton or benson crew member including managers are nasty, they are always dancing, cursing, out of uniforms and by far rude. riding by seeing this is horrible this store needs to be shut down immediately!!!!!

Since this place opened hands down the worst customer service. My food is always wrong and the staff is absolutely rude. You can be under staffed but it's how you carry yourself that makes people understanding. I would be embarrassed as a busy owner to have these people representing my business. My husband went to the counter to advise the donuts and thru said we could read yet still gave us the wrong donuts! Obviously we could not! I rather drive to a further location than to come here. Never a good experience.

Food & drinks are good. We do mobile orders and have had problems with items being forgotten, but it seems to be getting better. Drive-thru folks are always friendly and the location is convenient.Vegetarian options: Not a huge selection, but large enough that my vegetarian daughter finds enough options to not have to order the same thing every time
