Had the absolute WORSE experience tonight at the drive thru, the staff and manager were extremely rude. When I asked for the number and who is the owner (after having to call 3 times before they answered the phone) they lied and gave me a false name.Discovered the actual owner through google searching and called and left a message for them to contact me back. I have never dealt with a RUDER costumer service

The flowers McDonald’s is such a disappointment. With this large of an area to make a business successful, it was is a shame that it is ran so poorly. Definitely should have been a chic Fila.

The McDonald's restaurants owned by F&D Huebner are good restaurants. Most of the time the staff is friendly attentive and polite. Food is always good.

We love the Glen Rd McDonald’s, they always contribute to our daughter’s elementary school and they always provide a fantastic meal on the go!

I just want to inform you of the HORRIBLE experience I just had in your glen rd location in Garner. We went through the drive thru at about 730pm. It was really busy which was understandable given that it's Halloween. However when we got home with our food at around 8pm, my daughters 10 piece chicken nuggets were not in the bag. Coming from management in the restaurant industry, we didn't really want to make a big deal. So I let my husband eat while his food was hot, I got my daughter settled in and in the bath, and then he went to go get her missing meal. Now, I understand that you are busy. However during the rush is the time to shine and retain business, not let customer service slip out the window. The manager, who was a spanish male, basically acted as if my husband was lying and trying to steal food. My husband is also a spanish male just so that the manager can remember this incident. Finally my husband got the chicken, just the chicken. No consideration that we ordered a meal and that by the time we get the chicken back home the fries will be cold. So then my husband asked if there was something the manager could do as he drove 10 miles home just to drive 10 miles back to the restaurant, my daughter couldn't eat, we couldn't eat together as a family, and the manager simply shrugged his shoulders and said no. I don't know if this is your standard of service, but now I'm furious. We spent over $30 on food, just to not be able to eat together as a family and then we try to be nice about it and end up getting treated like we were trying to scam the restaurant. Not sure who the manager is, but he definitely needs coaching with his problem solving skills. It's supposed to be listen, apologize, solve, thank. Not accuse and make us feel like your short comings are our problem. Maybe next time we will just go to the burger king across the street, or one of the several other fast food options within the mile of that location.

Stopped to get a Quarter Pounder at the McDonalds Hwy 70 (at Lowes) and was served a raw burger. They remade but lost my desire for the burger after taking one raw bite. Do not recommend this McDonalds, have picture and hope I don't get sick from the one bite I took.
