Worst customer service I've ever experiences. First of all they are always out of chicken. The cashier had the nerve to tell me I could go to chic Fila or Bogangles, bc they had a 30 min wait gor legs. If I had known they were out of chicken that is exactly what I would have done. Mind you it was 5pm. The audacity, the era of making sure the customer is satisfied is long gone. When they do have chicken., it's so small you're still hungry after you pay $8.00 for the same meal that used to be a $5 fill up. KFC used to be one of my favorites but between the terrible customer service, the outrageous prices, and the small portion size they are now one of my worse.

It's always such a long wait when we come here and sometimes there isn't even other customers there. Always out of something, like how are you gonna be a chicken place and run out of chicken? This place is just disappointing. No straws, no chicken sandwiches, and they forgot our biscuits. Please do better.

I went to the drive through to place a order for a 3 piece. The young lady tells me that they have 3 pans of breast and everyone has taken all of the other parts. I asked so you're not cooking anything else. The sound lady says no we close in 2 hrs. I Informed her that was unacceptable. She said we're not going to cook anymore chicken. So I have to eat breast or nothing at all??? I will be calling corporate!!

This will be the last time I visit this location. Got home after a trip through the drive-thru, and my side order of mac n cheese wasn't in the bags, PLUS my 3 piece chicken only had 2 pieces of chicken. So they ripped me off for about $5... and to top it all off, when I called to let them know they'd messed up my order - no answer
Ordered a family 8 piece bucket but they had no white meat only dark. Got home and found no gravy with the mash potatoes.

the drive thru line is the slowest line on 4042. if you want to wait 30+minutes for fast food then this is the place for you. i also ordered crunchy tacos and i barely had any meat, felt like i was just eating the shell.

They don't honor deals. We ordered food there about 2 weeks prior and they left out 12 biscuits, so we went in today to have the deal honored. When we spoke to the night manager the night of the incident, he had taken our name, number, and the deal we were supposed to get for having gotten ripped off 12 biscuits everything was good, but going in to actually have the deal honored did not happen. The manager on duty today (5/18/23) scoffed and pretended to 'not find anything written down'. When we order out, it's a special thing for us since we usually drop quite a bit of money, having 4 kids and all-- but this will be the last time we ever step foot in there for food, mark my words. Scumbags.
