Dinner out with family was ruined by incompetence. Steaks were served cold and raw. Sent back and returned burnt. Awful. Will not be returning. Longhorn next time!

Just had dinner for 2 and it was fantastic. We ordered the fried onions, chipotle wings, teriyaki steak with rice pilaf and mushrooms, ribeye with sweet potato and broccoli. My husband said the broccoli was the best he’s ever had. To make this review 6 stars, our server, Emily B was supperb; she has excellent people skills and provided outstanding service.

Nice place. Usually great food and service. Must have been an off day, however. The greeter and waitress were great, but the cook burned our steaks, so we ended up waiting longer than we wanted. They were ok.

my daugther has been sick all night and day after eating here, she has been vomiting, she has chills, stomacache and fever. she got food poisoning after eating winds here. we are heading to ER now. we will never go again.

Last visit here was terrible, steaks were grizzly and overcooked. No plans on going there again. We will stick with Longhorn Steakhouse.
Inside the place could use a little refreshing. Chairs, tables and floors are getting a little old and worn out. They switched the menus but I hate grabbing a sticky menu to order(clean hands for me), it makes me feel like the food is going to be nasty, but let me be clear the food IS NOT nasty.Other than that evening is just fine.

Worst experience I have had. I’ve always had a great experience but this time was completely different. Waited over an hour for our food and when we did receive it, my steak was undercooked. I asked for my steak to be medium and it was rare. My husband and I couldn’t enjoy our food together because we had to send mine back to cook a little longer. We asked if there was anything they could do for our time and inconvenience and then they said no we already processed the payment. Our waiter went to get the manager and the manager was cooking, and didn’t have the decency to come and speak with us. I understand if there’s a shortage of employees but from previous experience in the food industry customer satisfaction is a high priority! This didn’t feel like anyone wanted to help address our concerns!

Service was trash! Steak was wayyy over cooked then a second steak came out and it was over cooked as well. Definitely will Not be back. Not to mention we waited almost 45 minutes for a meal at 2:00 in the afternoon. They were not even busy!! Just bad
