Diabetes is a serious and life threatening disease . Went thru the drive thru this morning, ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and handed a sugar loaded mcgridddle, . Waste of money, so do your jobs please.

Have tried it this location on multiple different occasions to use the McDonald's app to place my order it'll let you get all the way through to pay and then it says they can't process it. Not sure what's going on at this particular location of never had this occur at any other McDonald's in the area but it does get it does get frustrating because many of the specials on the app are not available if you just walk in the store

Found chunks of oatmeal after noticing something floating in my coffee! This is disgusting! Makes me question the quality control of there foodWent back to get a refund and was immediately met with an attitude and the manager proceeded to berate me with questions as if I was stealing.

This might be the best location in the Raleigh area. Great customer service, fresh food, professional and they get orders out quick.
Staff extremely helpful and proficient. Even when the rude woman was loud and obnoxious to the young lady out front. Kudos to the professional way she handled her!Kid-friendliness: Nice play area

I'm a long time customer but won't be going any longer. Stopped for breakfast and they charged for water for the first time. And the cost is the same as a soda or tea. I was told there is a new owner and apparently the new owner is very greedy.
