No person would take our order had to use the sticky iPad, which was not user friendly. The place was dirty, tables not clean, the floor was gross. Trash everywhere and no one was out cleaning the tables. The food was marginal and expensive. We spent $60 for 3 people for lunch. Never again.

Girl was very polite is about the only thing I can say good about our order . We come in every Saturday night n get the same family meal deal . Always something missing it’s not a huge deal most of the time . This time . We got no soup bowls no Soup ladle . All of the sandwiches are not half they are quarter . My son’s girlies cheese is half the size it normally is . Very disappointing. Going to be contacting someone about this as it happens all to often. . I get stuff happens but it isn’t that hard to make a sandwich .

The new sandwich melts are good. The chicken green goddess caprese melt was excellent. My son was not a fan of the chicken and pepperoni mozzarella melt. There was not much sauce, and the sauce tasted funny he said. The French onion soup was good as always.

New bacon avocado sandwich. It was very disappointing. Literally nothing in the sandwich. A bunch of bacon bits, very little avocado mashed together and not even quarter inch thick. The bread was 3/4 of the sandwich thickness. No value there for what you pay. They are out of baguette so I couldn't get what I wanted. And there was no pastries at all. When there was a total of 15 items including cookies and a brownie and croissant. It's not what it used to be.

I am a local have ordered from this Panera several times. The last 3 times items have been wrong or missing. Submitted ticket 04120666 on December 19th as of December 31st still no response. Eating out has become more and more expensive. I am tried of paying for food and not getting part of the order or getting the wrong items. It's really not that hard . I pay for soup , you give me soup. I pay for cookies , you give me cookies.

For some reason they just can't get my order right. They were out of onion, tomato, and the dressing I wanted, which you will see on my receipt. I wanted it all but they didn't have it. Then I specifically asked for no bacon, which she documented, and my salad is covered in bacon. How difficult is it to look at a screen, and put ingredients on a salad. The Green Goddess salad is excellent when made correctly.

I have been up and down the East Coast traveling too many cities and too many panera's. I always look forward to coming home to this one. It is beautiful and accommodating for social groups also. The food is delicious ?. One of my favorite things about it is the fact that the microwave is visible!!! There's no hunting for it to reheat your pastries as at other Panera's!! The day I came in I was able to meet Shelly the district and Justin the GM both amazingly kind and attentive people. So grateful for the hospitality. Great job at this location.

The location is clean and inviting. The staff were friendly. Only giving one start because they don’t serve any of the classic soups and sandwiches anymore. The cashier told us they are a “testing” location now, but it seems like they don’t have any good old options. If it wasn’t dinner time and had a hungry toddler we would have walked out and not purchased anything. Then, the we’re out of a lot of the ingredients to actually make the meals.

Today got delivery using them, Excellent chicken chipotle avocado sandwich warm & tasty, chicken fuji salad nom nom so good, ordered autumn soup too, very warm and so good, the bread & bagels they make are perfect! Great place for dine in too.

We'll here's another food Resturant disappointment. Have been going to Panera Bread over 5 years was excited when they opened a store in My area of Clayton. Unfortunately there service has started declining. Several times have visited during dinner time, not looking to drive though, but actually to sit down and dine in. Several times have found you might as well forget going during early evening because they are out of bread as choice with soup. This evening went there and the have changed their whole menu. You would think they were the new subway. They eliminate the pizza, a favorite for kids. For a place that has a bakery you would think the would have enough breads for all meals. Instead we choose another option to substitute for baguette but it was not in the bag when we got home. That's really too bad because they had a good brand. Also, I''m not opposed to drive through, in this fast passed culture but how hard is it to get the order right and everything in the bag! What causes that... well the supervisor told me they were very busy when we ordered .... My wife, who was frustrated she did not get all her order, watched several workers standing around talking to each other and on iPhones while she waited for the order. I was told to bring the receipt in next time and receive a piece of bread! Wow thanks a lot, how about just a little more diligence in getting the order complete. I'll one more try and if service not improved I'm done! Oh by the way did corporate CEO's provide input for menu changes from buying public!?
