I haven’t been to this location to eat but the curb appeal is horrible. Trash is everywhere around the dumpster, weeds growing everywhere, dead plants and grass. Mostly the trash littered around the dumpster is disgusting. I would love to try it but I can’t get myself to go inside!

It was awesome did not know there was still one left in the seventies and eighties that was the place to go and Cary North Carolina still has the buff a same great pizza you gotta stop in at 42 highway and tried and if you missed it it's there,come eat!!

Last week we decided to try this location out! Everything was great & VIP treatment. Attempted to on Friday went in and no buffet. No sign on the door or anything. A guy came out of the back to tell us the buffet has been taken down and will be put back up at 5pm since he was the only one working. Would have been nice to know there are certain times for the buffet. We drove a 1.5 hrs to this location, so we went to Selma & had a much better experience.

They keep a nice selection of pizza and salad available on the buffet line. The pizza chef will even make specific pizza to put out on the line if you know what you want. I love a good pizza buffet and this is a good one.

Excellent customer service and pizza available. Restaurant was clean and practice CDC guidelines for COVID. Gloves available to use for utensils at buffet bar.

Very disappointed, the food didn't even taste like it was Pizza Inn. We also ordered a Chocolate chip pizzert to go but never got it (we weren't charged for it either). I was going to ask my waitress about it but she went outside and sat in her car. If you want the good food and service you might expect from Pizza inn then this is not the one you want to go to.

This is the worst Pizza Inn we have ever visited. They sell Hot Ice Tea and COLD pizza?We visited after lunch rush. It was really dirtytables,floors and buffet. We had to ask twice for waitress to wipe the table.There co2 was out so very limited drink options. Tea tasted weird. We request a pizza soon as we arrive because every pizza was cold. Then waitress never even put the order in for the cook to make fresh pizza had to ask a 2nd time and had to go find the waitress to ask for ice for the tea that was hot. It was Horrible wont be back to this location.

My 14yr old received two pizzas and the dough was undercooked. It was delivered by door dash. When arrived I broke the seal and opened the box and pizza was clearly not completely done. I called the store to speak with a manager and he directed the responsibility of uncooked dough on Door Dash. Door dash delivers not cook the pizza. I immediately disconnected the call and decided to file a complaint with corporate. Since he as the manager did not see that a refund was appropriate.Corporate was my secondary plan of action. I am respectfully asking pizza Inn at 60 Son-Lan Pkwy, Garner, NC 27529 to refund my 14 year old daughters money. This all took place on 2/23/21 @ 2:56pm
This Pizza Inn is under new management (Rhonda). Service was A plus!!! Pizza was hot and delicious. Staff and management definitely check on you throughout your meal. I’ll definitely be back.

Don’t waste your valuable time or money. We should have known there was something up, with very few vehicles in the parking lot. We walked in and turned right around. There wasn’t a single pizza on the buffet, salad bar and hot food bar had to have left over from lunch. The restaurant was dirty, with only a few staff members. So disappointing.....

Ate here evening of 12/19/2020. Should of turned away at seeing the faulty building sign. displays lack of concern by management. Inside, very few patron for a Saturday night. Worse, the buffet counter was in shambles- this was @ 7pm. Very few pizzas were atop the counter and each appeared to be over an hour old. Apparently having perhaps three workers for the entire restaurant were not enough to notice this situation at a buffet restaurant. Only at the checkout did the server ask me how was my meal. With the chef/manager by his side I answered, "It was EDIBLE." NO inquiry as to why or an offer to compensate for the poor excuse for a buffet from her or the server. Was charged full price without even some apology for this drek. Yeah, I should of not even walked into the joint. In the over 20 years that I've eaten at Pizza Inns across North Carolina, this was by FAR the worst experience at a Pizza Inn. Will NOT go back to their restaurants again.

I ordered a pizza without olives for pickup. When we went to pick it up it had olives so it had to be remade. When I got home and opened the box it still wasn't right. They were definitely having an off night.
