i absolutely ADORE this starbucks and it's the only one i ever want to go to. every single person in there works so hard and is always so so nice to me. my drink is always delicious and they've always been super accommodating.

Over 20 min to get a coffee and only coffee. Great for the unemployed who have half a day to pickup a simple coffee.

Waited 20 minutes for hot tea and then they wanted me to wait another 20 minutes for coffee cake that I ordered with my tea. Place needs help learn how to manage order’s effectively. So many ppl in the lobby complaining about the time span of their (our) orders. It’s ridiculous. Had the same situation happen just a day before !

Coffee was real good. I had a cafe mistook made perfectly .the only problem I have is they are way over priced. Won't be back unless price comes down

I used to visit this Starbucks location at least twice a week before covid hit, but now the location has completely changed. Aside from the lack of seating to accommodate people with laptops or papers to work on, the staff just seems not to care anymore.I ordered a decaf Pike Place roast and a water, and was told they'd have to do a pour over since they didn't have any decaf prepare, to which I agreed. I even left a tip. I got my water after about 7 minutes, but I just kept waiting and waiting for my coffee. Eventually after about 30 minutes of waiting I got fed up and asked if my coffee was ready, to which I was told that they made it over 20 minutes ago but they just sort of left it there and forgot about it. They said they'd make another one, and I agreed.about 5 minutes later I'm handed a cup of coffee with almost no cream or sugar, and it tasted like the beans used were completely burnt. I didn't even bother trying to fix it at that point, I just got up, threw it away, and walked out. I'll be going elsewhere for coffee from now on.

Placed a mobile order on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30 and arrived after the provided prep estimate. Had to wait just a couple of minutes for drinks. I had to wait about 10 minutes for the egg bites ordered. They only seem to have one oven for heating food at this location. The delay was no fault of the staff because they were working as quickly as they could and with a smile. The staff were apologetic and friendly.

I want to give a great review for the Starbucks employees at the Starbucks on Cabella Drive in Garner, NC. They go the 2nd mile in customer service. I was amazed last week after going in multiple days, and they were full capacity in the drive thru and inside. Yet, they went all out to give everyone their beverage at a record place. Amazing and Great!!!

Shout out to Kaya. My buddy and I came in with his kids and I had my daughter. My buddy and his sons have never been to Starbucks. They aren't coffee lovers but Kaya was great to explain everything to them. She took her time and did not rush. Thanks for being patient with the kids.

The seating area need to be cleaned...seating and tables. The employees were really pleasant. The food was good..the bacon gouda sandwich was delicious but smaller.

I've visited hundreds of Starbucks across the eastern U.S. and this is by far the best I've ever been to. Time and time again, they show why this location is such a bright spot in the community. I moved to the Garner area a year ago and this has become my go-to. Lena, Rebecca, Chrissy, and Maddie are always, always, always rockstars and they take excellent care of their guests. Personally, they've taken the time to remember my name and order, which goes far above and beyond any expectation. Working in food service management for years, I'd kill for employees like the ones you have here. Please take care of them and ensure they are happy and they will return that to your guests as they do every day.
