I got the large mad spicy chicken bowl, hardly any chicken and a whole bowl of noodles that tasted terrible. I got the potstickers. I've had better from the frozen section from foodlion. They were hard and did not taste the best. I cut one open,it had some grey mush inside it that was supposed to be chicken. I spoke to the manager Al about doing something about it. He wouldn't do anything. I gave them several opportunities to do something.. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I own my business and my customers come first. I just wish I would have read the many 1 star reviews before wasting my money. Answering the reply, I was trying to get the amount corrected, I had not tasted the food hoping the manager would do the right thing and help correct the issue. After tasting it I decided to write the review and join many others disappointed with your establishment. Just look at all of the 1 star reviews, It's clearly not me with a issue!

Kiddo and I were on our way home from a fishing trip and wanted some Chinese food. Saw this place a few times and we decided to swing in and try it. Wish I would have stopped by sooner. The food was hot and fresh. I got a regular teriyaki bowl with noodles and veg. it was enough for two meals. My kiddo got the large orange chicken with noodles and veg. He spent two days finishing it all. The price was a bit expensive $28 but when you can feed a teenager for two days it was actually a bargain! The veggies were mostly cabbage which I love. We will be back.

First time here and I love it! Like they say… you’ll get hooked. I already want to go back for more. The gentleman that took my order was very nice and patient. Love the bowls we got! My son crushed his junior bowl and it was obviously satisfactory. I myself shared a large spicy chicken bowl with my daughter and it was soooo good. No lie I mixed the spicy sauce and the extra teriyaki sauce together over my rice and it had me doing a happy dance. You know that dance when the food be hitting and your body just automatically responds lol ?… it wasn’t busy when we went but it should have been! So good!

I’ve gone to this restaurant several times and each time there’s an issue with something. This time I tried making sure my order was correct before I left the store. I get home, it is not. I decided to call back to speak to the manager. Al picks up and was nasty, argumentative, unprofessional, and just all around not helpful. I decided in that call that I will never return to this store. The food was not good either.

I stopped by for the first time as it seemed convenient to where I was shopping and would be easy to grab a fast meal and sit down to be able to relax before heading to finish errands. The cashier was nice and took my order, he even brought it to me which was kind as I was listening to a call on my phone through AirPods. The tofu was dryer than I expected which is fine, I poured the sauce over but the brown rice soaked it up and was sweeter than I imagined. No worries, I simply asked for a small packet of soy sauce or something similar, I was told by the cashier that they don't hand out sauce. I replied , well can the cooks put some on real quick for me.A lady popped out of the back and was chatting with the cashier, I felt out of place... maybe I missed the packets of soy sauce somewhere else in the store but didn't see any. I then asked well can I get a refund if I can't get sauce ? There wasn't any offer to charge for sauce. The manager refunded me thankfully but odd how someone will take a $10 loss over food they can't serve because I opened it over a possibly .50 cent soy sauce pack.I would avoid if I were you. The McDonalds next door had better customer service than this place.

Food was alright but didn’t justify the price. The guy at the counter seemed like he was bothered to be there. When he gave me my food I asked if there was a sauce I could get for my rice. He seemed put out by the question, walked over, and then handed me some sauce…seemed like a spicy ketchup maybe and not anything I’d want for my rice. The floors were really sticky and the grill area must have some ventilation issue. They whole restaurant was full of smoke and I had the joy of returning to work reeking of burnt chicken. Will not be back.

I went here quite a bit at least twice a month and door dash a couple of times a month. However on my last order..I placed my standing door dash order with extra sauce. I got the poured on the sauces to find one of them was the hottest sauce they have. I can't do spicy and could not eat the bowl. I called the store and explained the situation. I was told that they would replace it..when I went back a couple of days later. I was told that they will only replace the sauce. Not the bowl. Mind you I was polite about the entire process and I feel like at the very least they should have replaced the bowl since they sent me the wrong sauce. I walked out and bought lunch somewhere else and will not be returning.

Healthy and delicious! Stopped here on a weekday afternoon for lunch. They have ample parking and indoor seating. The place does get busy around lunch time so order in advance if you are in a hurry. We used a coupon and received affordable, nutritious meals of two vegetable, rice, and protein bowls (one chicken and one tofu). We enjoyed the chicken and tofu. The proteins were cooked appropriately and seasoned well. The vegetables were cooked to the ideal texture, but was mainly cabbage. I like cabbage, however, the amount provided is overwhelming when you are expecting mixed vegetables. The employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The cashier seemed to be training and the owner/manager quickly arrived to assist her when she had a question about using the coupon. Overall we enjoyed our meal and would eat here again!

Orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and steak are wonderful! Noodles and fried rice are full of flavor! Everything is cooked to order. No a steam table or old food!

Great food! I ordered online the first time and thought it was great. Today I went there and it was even better. Definitely recommend!

If you want bland, go here. I haven’t ever been and I placed an online order. I went to pick it up and asked if they had sauces like to pour over the food… maybe something like white sauce or whatever. So when I ask he’s like no but it has teriyaki sauce on it. And I’m like okay but like a pour over sauce too and he told me both?? So I assumed there was a sauce in the bag but there wasn’t and it is literally like boiled veggies, the chicken has a bit of sauce but pretty dry and the white rice has absolutely no seasoning at all. So basically I was trying to get an extra sauce of SOME SORT but he didn’t seem like care much about helping and didn’t give a clear answer. I see all the reviews about good food and I wish mine was cause it looks really good but is just super bland.

My kids and I ate here yesterday and it was just decent. For three people (2jr bowls one reg) we spent $45. It’s a step under Panda Express don’t think we will be back (the spicy chicken is no where near mild)

Went here with my husband, and the food was awesome! The man who took our order was also really nice. We’ll definitely come back when we get the chance!

Teriyaki Madness is a nice place for a quick lunch. The workers are friendly and the place is clean. I got the orange chicken power bowl. A power bowl is vegetables and a protein. It was ok the chicken had good flavor but the vegetables It was a couple of pieces of broccoli and a lot of cooked cabbage.
