Just had my wedding day on September 30, and all we can say is THANK YOU, UNFORGETTABLE! Everyone knows that a huge part of the wedding reception is the food. The unforgettable crew went above and beyond our expectations! Special shoutout to April Myers for making this a smooth experience for us. The food was great when we had the tasting event to determine what would be on the menu, but on wedding day, somehow it turned out even better! It was so delicious that I had our planners get me another plate! We even had a few guests say that the pork chops were the best they ever had. We had the wedding of our dreams and truly had an unforgettable (no pun intended ?) experience.

I recently hosted a bridal shower brunch for a dear friend’s daughter at a lovely venue in downtown Raleigh.Working with April, we created a beautiful menu that was delicious and looked like a work of art on the dining room table. Every detail was perfectly executed. The guests raved about the quality and taste of the food —-especially the shrimp and grits!The servers were professional, kind, and took care of every detail on the day of the event.In summary, I could not be more pleased. April was wonderful to work with, and the food was delicious. However, we had several guests from our wedding complain that their chicken was raw and cold, so that was disappointing. Also, the servers took mine and my new husband’s cake plates away before we could even try our wedding cake. Luckily, we did have some leftover to try! The cake tasted great.

I got food from Unforgettable Food Affairs for my husbands surprise Military Retirement party and the food was unbelievably delicious! I was really impressed with their selection and everything was as pictured and tasted wonderful. And the sizes of each item was really large. Many people at the party asked where I got the food from for their future parties. And April was so sweet to work with. I will be ordering food from them again!

UFA catered our rehearsal dinner and wedding. The owner, April, had a family emergency the day of our rehearsal dinner. Her staff was so amazing, they were able to take over and step in. They did a wonderful job. The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone at both events raves about how good everything was. The staff was so professional, we hardly noticed they were there. They arrived for the wedding and the entire display was beautifully arranged within a few minutes. They kept everything stocked, clean, and helped guests. They made sure everything was tidy and gathered trash from guests as the event went on. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend to anyone!

I ordered a variety of dishes for a family birthday gathering and everyone is still raving about the food weeks later. The standouts were the shrimp and grits, tomato pie, and key lime pie. Everything was fresh, flavorful and just delicious!
My husband and I are retired and tired of cooking and cleaning up afterwards just to have a GREAT MEAL. UFA offers the BEST food experience for dinner parties too. We had so many items on the menu including the prime rib special when it is available. The FOOD , the STAFF, the EASE of ORDERING & PICK UP is ALL AWESOME. WE LOVE UFA.

April was not able to be there, but her daughter took over seamlessly. The food was amazing and got rave reviews from the guests. Very professional. While not cheap, I found the prices to be very competitive with other caterers (and I have planned 3 weddings in the past 5 years). I would most DEFINITELY use them again!
