The food in Málagana is very poorly served, they give it to you, the manager gets upset because they ask for what is missing in the order, such as chopped onion in the chili, and they give it to you without fail.

What happened to this place? You don't have to be a rocket scientist people. It's just a sandwich. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with small chili and a drink. On my sandwich, I wanted whatever came with the sandwich and add ketchup, add pickles, and add onions. While waiting for 10 minutes, I saw a man frustrated, waiting for them to fix his sandwich for the 3rd time. He ordered a baconator with cheese plain. People, it means he just wanted a bun, the meat, the bacon, and the cheese, that's it. What's so hard about that? I finally got my order and of course, 3 items I'd ask for was missing. Instead of bringing the sandwich back, I asked if I could just get my 3 items on the side in a container and I'll make it myself. No I didn't asked to be paid for doing their job for them. This is the new generation now, more pay and less service.

I hate that I'm reading all these unfavorable reviews because I haven't eaten Wendy's in a long time due to sub par service in Charlotte where I love but decided to give this location a go on my way back home.Food was hot, fries fresh, lemonade superior. Don't know who or what made the difference but it was a great experience for me.

Wendy's has great food and some of the best fast food deals around. If you want fast food and dont want to spend a fortune to get something good this is your place. The breakfast is also really good and more choices than just meat

My advice is check your order carefully. This store is notorious for not putting all your items in the bag. I've never seen a store run a drive through this slow that will throw your order at you to rush you out of line and then get an attitude when you tell them stuff is missing. And if you go inside after visiting they'll tell well, that's fast food for you, have a nice day. They don't seem to care that they would short change you and give you less than you paid for

More and more a disappointment. The burgers look "slapped together". If you go through the drive-thru or to go, check your food and condiments. The last 2 times, there was no dipping sauce for my chicken nuggets.
Store was very clean, food was correct and hot, staff was extremely friendly. One of the better Wendy’s I’ve been too for sure.

There customer service is horrible, they always have an attitude when giving you your food, they don't greet you when you greet them, and they are always talking and fooling around and not taking care of the customer and last time I went they were arguing with each other. I mean, where is the manager? Very poorly run establishment.

They need to shut this Wendy's down!!!!!! This is the LAST time I will order anything from this location. THE WORST. The employees do not care. They talk on their cells phones, wear crocks to work. No dress code at all. I order two spicy chicken meals and they had the nerve to put shredded cheese on the chicken sandwiches because they ran out of cheese slices. But, they waited until I checked my order to let me know they were out of cheese slices. GHETTO yes I said it GHETTO. FIRE EVERYONE and CLOSE IT DOWN.

Very hit or miss at this location and for this reason I only go once, maybe twice, per month. During my most recent visit at the drive thru, I received a "chocolate" Frosty which did not look anything like chocolate. Upon trying it I discovered it also did not taste like any chocolate Frosty I've ever had. I decided to take it back but the drive thru was around 8 cars deep at this point so went inside. I was told that what I received was their "chocolate" for today. The staff just shrugged and said she didn't make it. Also, a small Frosty is now more like a child size for $2.29. At least the Single I got was good, and accurate.
