The last 3 times I have attempted to get service at the drive thru for this location. Drive thru has been closed (during business hours during day not at night) or no one ever comes to window. No sense of urgency. Today I left and went to Smithfield Chicken instead. Great opportunity for this location to make more $$$ with construction on the other side of the interstate.

Worst Wendy's in America. Slowest service. Half the time randomly closed. Forget to give you all of the food you paid for.
This place is trashed. The floor is disgusting. The tables and dining area is dirty and nobody attempting to clean. Staff is in slow motion and walking around listening to AirPods. The coke freestyle had nothing in it. Ice and water. You gotta get the soda when you ask them for ketchup.With a service dog and the ladies in the back one clearly afraid of animals and another making the food says out loud “it’s like a slap in the face that we can’t pet those dogs”.Well I apologize that my service dogs attention isn’t focused on you.

They must hire anybody with a pulse at this location. Slow service and poor customer service. Mobile orders work half the time and then tell you to call corporate to get your money back if it doesn't go through

This place needs new management or just needs to shut down. Sitting at the drive thru speaker to order for 10 minutes because they can’t handle 1 car at the window. Also been there a couple of times because it’s the closest Wendy’s and they say the systems down. Happened multiple times

Ordered online and selected drive thru. Checked in with them at 2:16 pm. I was instructed to park in the moble ordering spots. At 2:36, I went in to check on my order, and it was sitting in the fry station in a bag. I went out to my car and of course, the food was cold. Im I'm not pleased with the trip.

Was closed even though it says they open at 6:30. Ridiculous don't come her for breakfast as they won't be open.
I ordered nuggets and the food was cold. I am pretty sure the nuggets were also old. On top of it all they had NO fries. I am so disappointed but too tired to drive back and ask for a refund. Ended up throwing the nuggets away and eating wings from somewhere else.
