Employees coming in to start their shift didn’t wash their hands went straight to cooking and after employee finished sweeping the floor never washed her hands. That’s why a lot of people get sick, because of the poor sanitation practices at some of these restaurants!!!! They had fries already cooked, they re dropped the fries to get them hot, which they ended up being HARD!!!!! I asked for fresh fries, they said no, I asked for a refund.

The restaurant is clean, and the cashier is professional and polite. The food is delicious. When it comes to garlic parmesan wings, I wish they had dry rub instead of that garlic parmesan sauce. They could at least sprinkle some parmesan cheese on the top of the wings, so I would know that it is garlic parmesan. I only get lemon pepper wings in the dry rub.

Their food is on point, but their customer service is BLAH. Almost like they want you to leave already or just on guard all day. Like they don't wanna take your order or be there at all. But I come back for burgers, wings, fries with the season salt, and those salads. IDK what's going on back there but they have the blank-est expression, you don't feel welcomed at all, just mind you on that. The food great they customer service trash nobody talk to you or nothin. It's a weird vibe in there, I pray over my food though lol.

Place is clean cause it's new, Philly steak was dry and over cooked, fries lukewarm like they been sitting for a minute, tilapia and shrimp overcooked. ? Sad.
