Let's just say poor service all around. Drive thru Employee was very rude. Trying to tell him my order and he's talking to someone else and keeps asking what do you want again. Then tried to make me hurry up and complete my order so he can go back talking to whoever again. I told him I had 2 orders. He tells me I have to go around again for the second one. When was this a thing? Finally after all of this. We get the food and guess what it's cold. Like how is something you just made as they claimed... Cold? Well never again. Arby's just lost another customer for life. Plus your prices are plain ridiculous.

I was in drive-thru ordering my food at approximately 2:30 pm. The cashier did not understand my response for times so I increased the volume of my voice so she could hear me.She got hateful and said she didn't have to take my order. I went into the store to ask for the manager. A male front cashier began cursing me then said I could not talk to manager. The cashier then began saying I am the manager can't you read. I asked for corporates number or the manager above them. They told me I could wait in the store for the Manger to arrive. I was stnding there recording the entire situation. The male cashier went in the back ND come back and said that the manager told him to tell me to stop recording or they would call the police. I told them I would not stop recording. He did that was the confirmation he needed to call the police. I waited silently while customers ordered their orders and stepped further back to ensure no customer was impeded but my prescence. When the officer arrives he spoke to the male cashier who recited his version of events. When the officer came to me i recited my side of events and video taken., which showed the cashier that claimes to be a manger threaten physical abuse. The officer assisted me in getting corporates number, that the cashiers REFUSED to give me.It is absolutely disgusting that service oriented business would not only allow its employees to behave in such violent manners but to endorse a manager to behave in such manner. It is clear they are very comfortable with this type of behavior.

When I've had a bad day at work and go to get dinner , I've already dealt with mean ppl all day , when I choose a place to spend my back breaking hard earned $ at any fast food place or restaurant anywhere even grocery stores I at very least expect a tiny bit of couth morals & or kindness ,and what & how I ordered it , that's what I'm paying for right ?? southern hospitality is nothing more than a lie I'm from Steubenville Ohio where we all come together and rally for the ones that need help I guess that's

Staff is flat out mean !!! Will express to u that they hate there jobs if undercover boss was sent here this owner would be shamed !!! Food was completely wrong as a 1st time online order I got 50% off and I own a swimming pool co & will ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND to them or anyone !!!! I was the only person in there getting food besides a guy already ordered his food got it and left I gave them 45 mins to make my food no cheese, or especially egg whites should b in contract w/any of my food and I specified that 3 times no cheese on market fresh ranch bacon I also said no Tom, no lettuce Ranch sauce on side if any and 8 I paid for & got 4 cups cheese ots and I'm not choosing there anymore it's too many screw ups that's not checking articles cooks fault & bagger sad !!!!! It's not there hard earned $ nor there business that's gonna fail or ur face & work w/ppl knowing ur a Karen

Terrible service. Every time I pull up to order something I have to pull forward and wait for a long time. These people have no clue what good service
I ordered the Arby's hamburger without any cheese, the hamburger was over cooked almost burnt , it was very cold and the bun tasted stale, I actually like eating at Arby's but I don't recommend this hamburger at all. I wasn't able to finish this meal that cost $12.00...

I stoped by the drive-thru today, there were 3 cars at the window when I pulled in. My order was taken as soon as I arrived at the speaker. As I pulled around the last car was pulling off. The cashier was very pleasant when I pulled up. She immediately greeted me and got my payment. I received my drink and food right after that. I’m pretty sure it took me longer to get out of the parking lot at my job than it took to get my order and back to work. The food was hot and fresh, the only thing was the Cheesesteak had a little too much sauce in my opinion. This was one of the best fast food experiences I have had in a long time. Thank you for such fast & friendly service!
