It’s always something missing and when you tell them about it they disrespectful too they were only going to give me $1 back for my order ! The sausage wasn’t cooked and there was no cheese on the sandwiches like I asked for they didn’t give me my drink and no has browns in my tray when I went to get my money they tried to give me $1.00 NEVER AGAIN will they receive my money !

Awesome cook . Real nice people and great food. They even let me order early for a special for my lunch. Ball's Grill rock's. I like that they dont over seasoning the food. The food is cooked just right i always eat out and i add garlic to any type of gravy and the food just pops even more. And they open early enough for early 1st shift breakfast or 3rd shift going home to grab a bite to eat. Love Love them. Thinking of picking up? lunch again today. ??

Food is great I've been a few times for breakfast never disappointed with the food or service. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that I ordered the same exact thing twice in the same week and was overcharged by about $4 the 2nd time. I mentioned this at the register but was told it was right. I asked for the receipt. I got home and looked at the receipt and had been charged for two items I didn't order or receive. They may have refunded me had I gone back at that time but I didn't have time to go back. I do like the food and the people there but next time I'll check the order against what's in the bag. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but next time I'll just check before I go.
Bland, tasteless food. I ordered a Cheeseburger with ketchup and chili. The chili was so watery my bun was soggy. I'd heard such good things about the grill but was sadly disappointed

I went for breakfast this morning my food was nasty eggs brown no cheese .I called back up there spoke to some lasy on the phone she was not the one who took my order so she told the other lady here talk to her this woman. ok noramally I have time for this foolishness but today I was sleepy just getting off work. .but to top it off the lady gets on the phone and tells me well this is the best you are going to get it today cos I grill broke .ok understood but you are being very rude I will not spend another penny in that business. not to mention my food was ready she still taking orders on the phone and my food is sitting there. something told me to leave then I should have listened but never again very unsatisfied customer
