When they rebuilt that bojangles..they should have rebuilt the staffing!They're in there at night cursing at each other,outside on their phones,or just not focusing on the task at hand!I work door dash,and I've been there a few times to get my orders and I'm literally close to an hour late on getting the customers their orders because of this restaurant.Last night I waited at least 45 minutes to an hour. One customer came in after ordering in the drive thru for an 8 piece!Another guy had been there a whole hour!It's very ridiculous, and from now on when I see an order come up from bojangles, I will not accept it!

Went and ordered a bacon and egg biscuit and a large Mt dew. Get to the window, they had gave me a dt Mt dew and a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, mind you I didn't know the biscuit was wrong till I got to work. Then when I asked them about the Mt dew, the 2 ladies at the window, act annoyed because I asked for what I ordered, then a man in the back making orders, is gonna tell them to park me to fix the drink they messed up. I was not going to pull up to wait for the right drink, I will put my car in park and wait in the drive through line. I have been going there all week for breakfast and lunch, now I probably won't go back, if people hate working there so much, find another job where you can be rude and nasty to people. But you don't have the right to get mad over something you created!

Waited over 10 minutes then the girl finally brings my food out, stops 2 feet away from my car and asks me to pull forward instead of her taking two more steps. Nasty attitude.

I want to give a shout out to the manager on duty today, 03/02/24 around 2pm. For some reason my debit card wasn't working and she comped my order. Thank you very much. We go to this location often and have never had any issues. Good is always fresh and employees have always been nice.

OMG! Where do i start first they assistant manager is horrible she has a bad attitude, she gives out food to people she knows. I ordered my food and they didn’t give me no drink they forgot my fries and dirty rice, they are so slow at doing things. And the cashiers are terrible they can’t take orders right they are bad

Ordered a chicken biscuit and sweet potato pie from here on 1/23/2024. This was the only meal I had that day and when I went home I had the WORST case of food poisoning ever. I went to the doctor and they told me I had STAPH FOOD POISONING. Basically the people that work here are not washing their hands or cooking food properly. Will never eat at bojangles (especially this location) ever again.
