They need to start switching out the chicken grease more often. This is the 2nd time i’ve went for lunch & the chicken taste odd & it’s from the grease. Definitely need sauce to eat the supreme though because without the sauce it’s just ehh due to the grease. Food is usually great & hot & service is fast!
Please, whenever I ask for ranch, could you please give it to me? Everytime I order ranch to eat with my supremes, they either give me honey mustard or nothing. And I don’t like eating supremes without ranch. I’d rather not eat it at all. It’s not hard to put ranch in a box.

I ordered an online from this location to be delivered. When I got it I was missing half of my order, I called the store and they told me I had to contact DoorDash. I ordered directly off of the Bojangle’s app. I understand it went to a third party but doo dash said I had to contact the store. The person I spoke with was very rude and not concerned with me missing items. It’s very disappointing since I also work in the industry that someone would be so cold and just not care about the customer experience.
Freshness and quality of the food is hit or miss. I used to eat bojangles all the time but not so much anymore.

I was pissed because I not only had to wait 11 minutes for my chicken sandwich but got cold unseasoned fries....
