This place doesn’t even know the difference between boneless and traditional wings. Had to argue with the to go waitress about items missing from my order and then my wings were boneless instead of traditional. This place is pathetic

Please dont eat from here, you'll thank me later. Worst buffalo wild wings I've ever been to. If I ordered food from there 10 times they would get it wrong 11 times. I truly wish they would just shut down or be shut down. It would be hard to screw up that many times and it still be an "accident". Please don't waste your time with this place. Most buffalo wild wings places have good food and decent staff but not this one. Wish I could have given them less than 1 star. Oh and you can forget them answering a phone to try and fix their mistake. Trust me you really don't want to eat at this place.

I came about 4p. Waited for 10 min at the hostess stand before I was told I could sit myself at the bar. Sat & waited an additional 10 min in the bar area with NO HELP. 3 bartenders & 2 waitresses were in the area & STILL NOBODY said anything. Completely ignoring the fact that I was sitting there... Came for my birthday meal but it was anything but a joyous occasion...However, the ladies in the to-go area profusely apologized & they are the ONLY reason I would consider coming back... DO BETTER!!!!!

Called in an order for wings and a Caesar salad with no chicken. Went in to pick the up the order and they gave us the right wings, but we got a cobb salad with chicken. After realizing we went back in to tell them and they had a bit of an attitude when exchanging the salad. Once we received the new salad, it barely had anything on it and they gave us ranch with a Caesar salad which doesn’t even make sense. They didn’t give us forks. I also had to ask them for those when it was a to-go order. What was supposed to be a simple to go order turned out to be extremely complicated for them. They just made it out to be my fault, when they either misheard me or just simply were not paying attention.

Me and the wife came here cause the other place was 1hr wait. I was surprised how good the food was. I order a Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich and my wife got Garlic Parm Boneless Wings. I would definitely come back again.
I went in for the Superbowl special. I was taken of. I didn't have to wait too long for my order. The Staff was friendly.Parking: It was wonderful to be able to park there and not be inconvenienced

I pre-ordered my wings for superbowl Sunday. I had a pick time. and when I got there 10 min after said pick time I was told my 20 wings was not ready and they had no idea when they could be ready! I was told they would refund me and they did not . And never even offered compensation for n9t having my order ready at the pre arranged time. Not happy with this place thar we have been customers of since it opened! This location is not one I recommend. I reported the issue to corporate. And was told the store would reach out to me and they never have! Worsr B DUBS EVER

This is by far the WORST restaurant in Gastonia. To start, there’s hardly ever any guest in this establishment but yet the food takes FOREVER to come out & when it does finally come out it’s either cold or the wings are old. The servers take at least 5 mins to come & greet their tables! Overall, it’s just not a very good restaurant to go to. Get yourself a buffalo & make your own wings lol .. but no seriously !
