Fries were cold and barely done. The serve was good as usual and they serve you quickly but this was not a good day.

Visited this location couple of days ago...and was told that you can no longer get your waffle fries cooked crispy. First of all...they are half done and not brown AT ALL. Number #1 combo will set you back around $11 bucks and you can't even get your fries cooked the way you want them. It's crazy. Lines are extremely LONG and SLOW. Doesn't matter what time of day you go. This owner's bottom line is THEIRS. THEIR DOLLAR. Obviously they do not care about their customers. How about making an example out of them...GO ELSEWHERE PLEASE!!!

I've been eating Chick-fil-A's chicken biscuit for breakfast for as long as I can remember and it's always been melt in your mouth delicious and it still is. Another item I get alot is the 4 count chicken minis. The chicken minis seemed to have changed a little. The chicken inside the mini is smaller and not as tender. The last 3 times I've ordered the minis, they've been subpar. I'd probably eat at Chick-fil-A even if the food was bad just because of the atmosphere. Most all other fast food joints walking inside is like walking into the hood. Not Chick-fil-A.

Has always been one of my favorite places to eat but wasn't aware they served glass in their chicken sandwich. Thank God I crunched down on it before I swallowed. Called to complain but the lil manager never offered an apology but was quick to say "that's strange because we don't have anything glass in the kitchen!" Never will I be going back to the Gastonia location!! The worst!!

Typically Chick Fil A's food and service doesn't suck. But this location does. The "manager" that was running the drive thru line must have been drunk,high, or was fixing to be fired and didn't care cause they made the drive thru line chaotic instead of smooth. But it is Gastonia and I guess they can only hire the local degenerates that apply so this location is a product of its trashy environment.

They need to get someone out here directing traffic. People don't listen to which car to follow; won't let you merge into the pickup line...turns getting a meal into a PITA

I love CFA, but this location is awesomely bad. The drive through is so slow and my order is often incorrect. I cannot believe corporate continues to allow this location to operate so poorly. I drive past this location all the way to Belmont and still get home faster than stopping here.

Chicken is always fresh and actually taste like chicken, unlike McDonald's and other fast food chains. Love their nuggets and spicy strips. Fresh fruit bowls and the breakfast bowls are a must have. Best sweet tea in town!

Anyone who knows me, knows I love Chick-fil-A and I love customer service. This Chick-fil-A misses the mark. Long waits. Teammates hanging out in the lobby with iPads and not taking orders for cars in the drive through. Weather wasn’t a factor today. Stinks because it’s not how Chick-fil-A is supposed to run.

This is the only location I've been to that just hasn't seemed to figure out how to handle the traffic. I get Chick-fil-A's handle a lot more traffic than your typical fast food chain but almost every other Chick-fil-A I've been to has adapted to cut down wait times. Expect 25-30 minute lines during lunch hours. Gave them a couple of stars because the food is still up to standard.

Slowest ChicFilA in the country. Sitting in line for over 20 minutes and only move up 4 car lengths. You can drive to the Belmont location and pick up your online order and be back before you make it to the teller in the Gastonia location.

Recently there's only been one line and at one point they were taking orders through the drive thru radio at peak lunch hours. I order through the app, which is a breeze. But they mess one thing up almost every time if I go during lunch hours. Ranges from no straws, no napkins, no/wrong sauce, wrong drink, ice in the drink when I said none, once there was sauce all over the bottom of the bag. At least the main meal portion doesn't get messed up. Food quality has always been great, but don't expect the fries to be warm for long. This location hasn't opened there dining room. Very friendly staff every time, but it's hard to get the order corrected when you've already driven off, don't want to get back in an already long line, or wasn't expecting to go inside (aka in pjs).
