Placed an order for $9.99 and she quoted me $11.00 as the total without ringing it up. I asked her how much are the taxes and she told me 7.25%. I asked for a receipt and she said she’d give me one. Then she walks away and starts working on orders. I did calculation while waiting for her to return and the tax should have been around .75 cents. I kept waiting for her to come back so she could ring up my order and then I would show her the correct amount. She never returned to the register. I walked out. I wonder how many people have been cheated out of their money over the years. Doesn’t seem like much but it adds up. Please get a receipt before paying for your food.

This is my family's go-to for Chinese takeout.Woman out the counter who takes our order is very nice, efficient , and remembers what we like.The food is good and the portions are big. I would have given a 5 rating, but it seems no Chinese restaurant, including this one, is willing to make General Tsao chicken spicy anymore.This is even when she knows I always ask for Xtra spicy.Other than that, the food is always good quality, tastes great, and is prepared quickly.You can sit down to eat, but it doesn't seem like they prioritize for eat-in customers.

The lady hung up on me when i asked her how much it was. They waited till I got there to start making my food. I'm pissed. I still don't know how much it is.

The food is really good but this last time I went they got my order wrong twice, I'm deathly allergic to broccoli and it was in both of my plates The second one had pieces of it in it and if I had ate one bite I would have died before I could have gotten to the hospital. But I will still go there I Love their appetizers and a few other plates they have so go and enjoy their food.

The lady who answers their phones has made me never want to spend my money there again. she’s rude and nasty and don’t have a lick of customer service training. when you walk in the restaurant they won’t greet you. Very rude to black people! And there were bugs in the restaurant and i found a roach in my fried rice! Very disappointed in my experience here. Don’t recommend
