I don’t understand how every time I come here something always has to be wrong. If you’re to lazy to take an order or make the order right you should honestly go work somewhere else. I never realized cheeseburger was chicken?? because that’s what I always get when I order a cheeseburger quesadilla. Waste of food and money when I can’t eat what they gave me.

This is by far the worst cooko out in the entire world(I'm a truck driver I've been places). These raggedy behind druggies (fact, I've seen them smoking by the dumpster) just gave me burnt barbecue on a bun. If I was 15 miles closer I would have taken it back. I will never ever go back to this cesspool of degradation.

Terrible customer service. Girl at the window was super rude. This experience Was a complete turn off from coming to Gastonia and eating here again.
Be very wary of getting ur order wrong, this location does it particularly more so than others. My complete order this most recent visit was: a strip tray with double cajun fries, a chicken filet with chili cheese fries, and a small fry. What we got was: a burger with regular fries, two corndogs and a cajun fry.

Rude people running the drive thru. Then have attitude when asked for sauce, as if I asked for some huge task to be done. Asked if that was all of my order, get more attitude.... only to get home and this is what I got.... an order that's not right with food missing. What a waste of my time and energy and MONEY.

My son and I haven't gone here in a while. It was a terrible experience! He ordered a walking taco and got a small bag open Doritos with a bunch of stuff crushed inside of it and I got a chicken casa dia that had littery no chicken in it and when I bit into it there was something hard in it. I went to the window to return it and I was ignored for a quite a period of time. The girl I asked to refund it was saying she could not refund for something I ordered. I was like what? I told her we were not going to eat this. I said we would report it to corporate and asked for her name. She said I dont need to give you my name. She finally reluctantly took the receipt and my sons debit card and said she was only refunding us for the sandwiches. We will never return here again. They used to be so good. You need new staff or some serious retraining.Just sad
