Stopped in today for lunch. It was my first time. I absolutely loved my fried bologna sammich. Mrs Peggy made the recommendation with the fixins of Mustard chilli and onions, Mrs Myra did her thang with it. So delicious. I wanted to write a review after the first bit. Will be my go to spot in Gastonia for lunch when I’m in town from now on!

Amazing small business, the best price is in town! The best quality food! There were two extremely sweet ladies working at the front desk, they mention because I’m a work neighbor and it’s my first time they even gave me a piece of cake on the house! Best service ever 100/100

We wanted sandwiches during our first visit to Gastonia and this shop did not disappoint! The ladies working here were extremely kind and friendly. My husband got the Philly cheese steak and, holy cow, we were blown away by its deliciousness. It was simple but perfectly executed. I got the chicken salad sandwich which was also super well done! Thanks ladies!! We were extremely happy with our lunch!

I had the gourmet club and it was fresh and delicious. Matt had a bacon cheeseburger that was also excellent. The ladies there make you feel like you are joining them in their home, they are helpful and sweet and happy. It is a comfortable place to sit while they make your fresh food. We told them it was our first time and we were just passing through and they gave us a piece of homemade cake on the house. I'm still full from the sandwich, so haven't tasted it yet but it looks amazing!

Don't sleep on this one... With my line of work, I travel all over the Carolinas, searching for places out of the ordinary. Each meal consisting of a locally owned family restaurants as much as I can and this is exactly that. I needed a quick place to grab some lunch or before heading back out of town, and this place was recommended by a few locals I was working with. As soon as I entered the door, I was greeted by two extremely pleasant ladies who you can tell truly put their heart and soul in what they do. From allowing me to sample the macaroni salad to offering up suggestions from the menu we're all things that I didn't take for granted. I was treated like I was invited over for dinner at their Sunday table and that's a rare thing nowadays. My entire experience was fantastic and I haven't even discussed how good the food was yet. I got a bacon cheeseburger and we're not talking about frozen patties here. Fresh ground beef on the grill made order, and seasoned to perfection. It was really really delicious. Toasted and warmed bun. Perfectly crisp bacon and fresh veggies. That's all you could really ask for in a great burger. The chicken salad came highly recommended so I took a container of that home. Will update when I've had the chance to try it. I also got a piece of the strawberry cheesecake to-go because it's also homemade and who doesn't love homemade cheesecake. If you're in the area and see this place, don't let it pass you by. Its truly a gem in the area and I have definitely added it to my rotation of places I must return to when I'm in town.
