Stopped here because I thought the food would be cheap. I got a chicken egg and cheese and the uncharged me on both meals for a LARGE everything when I didn’t say I needed that. So for two meals it was $23 dollars and when I got home to eat my chicken egg and cheese the chicken was so rough I could even BITE through it. No one will answer. Needless to say, avoid this place at all costs. The manager made sure to charge me more at the window by the way. It was 20 at the speaker, 23 at the window…. They need to close this place DOWN. The food is small and nasty.

Unprofessional! I dont understand. why have a automatic interview process online but don't do the interview when time. Why not Take it off your site.So unprofessional for a person to come to y'all because y'all have a hiring sign outside. But yet is turn around because the site schedule the interview very inconsiderate.

I love Hardee's! The food is always fresh & hot. The wait is worth it. The restaurant has come a long way in 2 years. It is cleaner, the employees are nicer, & it is ?% worth the $!!????Kid-friendliness: The kids meals are always fresh, they now have a grilled cheese option. And the employees love talking to the kids about school, how well behaved they are, and how sweet they are

Tried going through the drive through. After about 5 minutes No one came to take my order. I was depBating if they were even open because there were no cars in the parking lot. Place was in need of cleaning up as well. I was going to pull around and go in. But as a parked in saw a guy through the drive through window smoking and that was enough for me to leave and not come back.

I ordered the same Frisco Burger in Belmont the week before, and it was really good. I ordered it here, and it was disgusting. It was overloaded with the nastiest mayo that I ever tasted. I could not finish my meal.

If I could give it a 0 in all I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN THERE. The people were very rude. I should of seen the red flags on it being 330 on a Sunday and it was absolutely dead. But I still gave it a shot. I ordered 3 Frisco meals for me and my family. ALL IF OUR BURGERS WERE BURNT AND I DONT MEAN A LITTLE I MEAN THE WHOLE BURGER. ALso very very dry. And the fries were not good either they only filled the container not even half way full. You guys need to do better or if you hate your job that bad then you need to quit. This is ridiculous what I paid and was served ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. and that's exactly where the food ended up. Which is really aggravating because of how expensive it is just to live these days. COME ON PEOPLE DO BETTER. And do you think this will make a difference I'm sure not.

Wow no tea , at rush hour . The employee did not know who he worked for and he did not know the GMS name . I worked for BNE a long time , 14 years ago and Margie would have never let this happen . I hate that such a great place is not up to par . Make tea it does not take long and I know there is a shortage of employees so get the morning crew to set up for the evening smh

Pee all on the floor in the bathroom, little girl taking order has no customer service at all, she looked bothered, and the fries tast old like they been sitting for 15+ minutes prior. Also you shouldn’t smell pee from the hallway.chicken tender were extra greasy and cool.

First time trying Hardee's in nearly 15 years and will not be going back. Way too overpriced, location looked grungy, and the food was absolutely terrible. Didn't order anything special but it all tasted bad and old. Very disappointed that so much money was spent and was unable to consume 90% of the order. Do not go here!!
