Stopped here after hitting the casino with 2 friends. After sitting at the hostess stand for several minutes with no acknowledgment we decided to seat ourselves. We ordered a pitcher of beer and some apps while deciding what we all wanted. This part was okay (food was out in a timely manner and service was decent) but that is about the end of the okay service. I ordered a second pitcher and I'm not sure what was in it but it wasn't the beer we ordered. Then our food comes out and we had to ask for silverware so we were...or should I say my friend was handed 3 forks and that was it. Later my friend had to ask about part of his meal that never came out and after a few requests for a knife to go with my fork I gave up and ate like I was 5 again. I don't think I will be returning. I may have ignored the lousy service had the food been better, but it was nothing to write home about and honestly I feel it was way over priced for what it was and the quality of it. (3 tenders & 5 wings for $15)

Ordered a pound of crab legs with extra butter and mini cheeseburgers which I specifically stated no mustard due to an allergy and received the burgers covered in mustard and 3 crab legs. This is completely unacceptable as the burgers could not even be eaten because of an allergy and the crab legs are $30. I will no longer order from here as they clearly do not care about the safety of their customers nor do they care to be accurate in preparing and serving food.

Service was great, I was greeted with a smile and was helped pretty quickly for a to-go order. The food was horrible to say the least. I Ordered half dry rub which barely had any seasoning on it, I tasted salt. And the other half was a buffalo hot honey and there was no sauce on it. Like none, I couldn’t tell what I ordered because the sauce was not there. The curly fries were soggy. Just not a pleasurable experience with their food.

I ordered to go wings and sliders with a side ceaser salad. Wings were good but the sliders they looked over cooked the bun was hard as a rock presentation was not it look like they just threw the food in the box and handed it to me.the salad is brown i will not be eating here

Place is a regular hooters with a terribleManagement. The woman who’s on the floor usually doesn’t help any of her employees and is on her phone 24/7. When I had gotten my food wrong, my server was very sweet and apologetic but the manager was having a terrible attitude when spoken to her. I don’t get why they hire addicts when their servers could do better or the same.

Great location and friendly staff. While Hooters is clearly known for chicken wings and servers, this Gastonia location had attentive personalities that cared about how you were, was your food good and what you needed. Top of the cap to Vikki.

Have always loved the Hooters experience. Excellent as usual. service was good, food was very good. I was sad when the location in Mooresville closed because that meant I have to drive farther to get to this location. What got me to make this location a regular visit is Ashley, your bartender. I met her when she worked in Mooresville and was glad she was able to transfer to another location. She is fantastic, friendly, sweet, just all around one of the best bartenders/servers I have ever got to know. I will keep coming back as long as she is there.

Asked for wings to be lightly breaded. Was told no....Buffalo shrimp, quality was awful. Not breaded.$30 dollars for crab legs, and it looks like pencil sticks. Did not enjoy my meal as well as my son. Disappointed. Fries looked as if they needed a tan.
