ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Every time I ask for BONE IN they send me BONE LESS. Get it right… always soggy, dry “nuggets” when I order sauce flavors. Never order from them, it’s a waste of $$$. Expensive for a terrible experience.

Very dirty place. Dark inside, bar shut down and dark ( no bartender) waited over 4 mins to be seated just to have a server come and tell us it would be 20 or more minutes before we could be seated because she was the only one there to serve, so we left. This place needs to be shut down.

Literally found an already eaten chicken bone fried into the curly fries. Never going back. Also if you are restaurant focused solely on wings your buffalo sauce should have some flavor, theirs does not.

Tried to contact restaurant regarding my take-out order but after calling about four times and letting it ring about 20 times each time I have decided that they don’t answer on purpose. When my husband got our order home, the wings were OK but the fries I mean they were so stale. It’s like they cooked them yesterday and didn’t even put them in the microwave to try and fake they were hot. like they were cold and I couldn’t even chew them up. Will never order from here again and unfortunately they won’t answer the phone to make it right for me.

All I can say is I am truly shocked they have a 96 rating . I have worked in many restaurants over the years and I was truly shocked at how dirty this place was. We got there at 11:30 on a Sunday morning. So they can’t say it was because they were busy. The front doors should have been our first clue. They were smeared with finger prints. Then we were seated and had to ask the hostess to clean the debri off the seats. She apologized and said she wasn’t sure who closed the night before. Which meant it was dirty from the previous night. Our service was fast and the food was fare however, we both used the restroom before we left to wash hands and could see into the kitchen. If I had seen it before I ordered I would have walked out. Now I pray we don’t get sick.
Since before the pandemic, this location has struggled with staffing. Since, it's been a train wreck! I have talked to management more times than I care to think about and am always assured they are getting it straightened out. It's not unusually to find a note on the door explaining that they are not open or will be closing early during regular business hours. Yesterday, once again, they were understaffed at 4:00 pm. With a total of 5 tables being used at the time, we were told it would be 30-45 minutes before we could get a table, because the kitchen was overwhelmed. As far as we could see, the girl running the bar, playing hostess and server was the only one in the front of the house. I feel bad for her, I'm sure she was doing the best she could. I think we will continue to drive the extra 15 minutes to another location or make other food choices in Gastonia from now on.

I order 32 party wings and an additional 8 piece, the worst chicken ever!!!!! I'll never order from JUST WINGS EVER!!! After sitting in curbside for 45 mins i had to go in to get my order!! So I took the chicken back after I spent $76 for the chicken and 3 pies which I never got,but was charged $12 for..!!! Took it back and was issued a refund,why it's been damn near two weeks and I'm still waiting!!! So I've called multiple times today one chick put me on hold for 30 mins and then hung up on me ,the second chick put me on hold for 58: minutes and never came back knowing I was on the phone!!! Anyways ,they have poor hospitality skills and even worse customer service!!! I'd came out better going across the street to bojangles!.. I wouldn't recommend this particular Chili's to anyone! Especially if ur quick tempered!!

Well, took my wife to Chili's for her birthday. We had not been there for awhile. The last time was not great, and the restaurant was a bit dirty. We decided to give it another try for my wife's birthday. There was only one waitress on duty at 11:00 a.m., and the bar area was closed. We found out that there was no bartender, so only soft drinks could be served. I really like a beer with TexMex, but that wasn't an option. My wife likes their Long Island Iced Tea, but that was also impossible. We decided to leave. I did look around, and the place still looked as dingy as the last time. Guess we'll cross it off our list. It's a shame, as we've gone there since it opened in Gastonia.

I ordered some boneless wings and curly fries on DoorDash. I also ordered TWO chocolate pies. If I’m being honest, I only ordered this food because I wanted to try to the chocolate pies and figured I’d order everything together. Well, idk if it was the dasher’s fault for not telling me, or the restaurant’s fault because they didn’t let them know, but instead of chocolate, I got cherry and apple cinnamon. First, I hate anything cherry flavored so I wasted my money on that one. The apple was ok, but not great because I wanted the chocolate. Also, the curly fries were hard enough to break your teeth, so I guess it’s good that I added regular fries.

We had not been at a Chili's in some time. On this night their fryers were broken so we couldn't order fries. It didn't matter as our burgers were delicious and came loaded with L-T-M, pickles and onions. We had to cut them in half to break them down to a manageable size. The Yuengling draft tasted great after a long day driving.
The food was good. I am always hesitant to try different restaurants on Grub Hub but this was a pleasant surprise.
