Why does this place still exist. Everytime we come. There is either missing food, don't have what they mainly advertise, slow or it's always something. Sucks that it's the only one in my side of town. Needs better management and staff. Whole makeover. And the lobby is never open?!?!

This post is specifically for management.Do better for these kids working in your store.I went through the drive through and waited 40 minutes after I paid.Y'all literally only had buns cheese and meat in stock ( out of all fries and sodas) no pickles lettuce or anything with chicken.The poor kid was the only one working taking all orders and cooking them!Honestly just shut the doors if it can't be managed better than that

Was skeptical about coming here due to the bad reviews, but I decided to stop by around 10:30pm. The service was a little slow but the food was hot, fresh and tasty so I was pleased. Will definitely return.

Day time service is fine, but don't expect to get any food during late hours. Always seems to be some issue happening past 11pm even though they're open for service until 3am. Constantly denied service or unable to order by the drive thru at night. Really inconvenient for a business that serves food until 3am. Don't bother coming after 10pm. Starting to feel like the night shift staff is just making up excuses so they don't have to take orders. Complete waste of time! ???
I really HATE to do this, I truly do. I LOVE Jack in the Box but this location is absolute trash. They tend to have friendlier staff than most other fast food restaurants but they ALMOST never have their full menu available because they just don't have the items in stock. And I am not being petty because they didn't have my specific order, they flat out could not offer ANY of their breakfast items, could not offer me a drink option because their machine was out of majority of the syrup mixes, couldn't get me a shake because the machine was broken and lastly couldn't get any tacos because they were out....I mean, at that point just hang a sign on the order menu outside saying that you guys a closed OR AT LEAST EXPLAINING BURGERS AND FRIES ARE THE ONLY OPTIONS AT THE MOMENT. I really am a diehard and loyal fan of the brand, I will say that Jack's is from San Diego, as am I. So I'm very fond of Jack but I have yet to find one in NC that is not bad. Best wishes and best of luck to you, if you so choose to give them a try. I really do hope that they get a manager or another owner that will vest their time and get the place to at least functional.

Waited over 25 minutes in line with only 2 cars in front of me. Just to find out they were out of most fountain drinks and had no milkshakes. All while the lights in the parking lot where strobing like crazy. Shoulda known not to trust jackindacrack for a milkshake.
