Honest review. Bad experience. Came into to dine and try out the food. The first time we came was to check out the entire mall. What we found was only 2 food places open while everything else was closed permanently. The majority of the stores were closed too. After that first visit we didnt want to come back because the place looks like its going to be torn apart. Was craving some kind of Chinese food. Asked for fried rice orange chicken and bourbon chicken. What I recieved was yellow rice not the traditional fried rice, dry bourbon, and the orange chicken is what honestly saved that dish. Sat down, just as I'm about to finish my plate, I see a cockroach climbing my baby daughters bag. Left instantly. Should have trusted our guys and avoided the drive here.

Best I e had in Gastonia so far and I eat Chinese food probably weekly. The chicken was properly cooked and not tough. I ordered the general tsos (could be spicier but was still good) and the orange chicken, fried rice, lo mein. Egg rolls, crab Rangoon, and those little donut things plus my boyfriend’s plate for right under $50 with delivery. Not bad I’m really happy with this purchase. Can’t wait to try the donuts, they smell amazing! There was no sauce with my order, I forgot to ask, but the food was great regardless it didn’t even really need it. Thank you guys for actually having good food in the area and putting care into what you create. Many places lack that around here these days.

This was the worst I have ever received, I have never made a bad review in my life but this was unacceptable, I ordered bourbon chicken and orange chicken, I opened that plate up and I didn’t know what the hell the meat was. I do not recommend, and the rice was cold.

I’m sure anything but their Hibachi is good. Meat was chewy and rubbery didn’t even feel real or taste done. It literally had no flavor to the plate what so ever and their yum yum sauce is the WORST!!! Asked to sample their honey chicken from the line and it was bomb ! Wish I went with my first mind, anyways I don’t recommend their hibachi ?

I really like their food and a few of their employees are really great. I just (just now) called to make a pick up order and was told “we don’t do that”. That’s a negative mark in my view.
3 times I've purchased from Jade Express and every time they get the order wrong. Had called and spoke with manager and he confirmed the error was their fault. He stated that they are very busy only had 2 people working. But 3rd order was that was delivered was still missing the soy sauce which he promised me that would not forget this time. The previous order the only sent rice the left off the 2 meats, Lo Mein and steamed vegetables. Geez! Called back and he kept saying they were just too busy. He would give the owners info. for me to convey my dissatisfaction. Food is not even that good. It was just local to me. Don't waste your time for nor money with these folks.

Terrible service! Ordered 6 meals didn’t receive them. Called back to advise that my order was not completed and the person that answered said I don’t know what to tell you and my manager is not here.What I did receive was DISGUSTING to say the least. This place should be closed immediately.
