Absolute horrible service. The older white male manager making the sandwiches was absolutely miserable with anger issues and was not ashamed to show it. From reading other reviewers, it seems everyone has the same issue with the manager. I don’t understand why he’s still working there, but the owner needs to do better.

I have never given a "bad" review in my life until today. I enjoy Jersey Mike's subs, but this particular staff is bringing your reputation down. This restaurant is filthy. The food was absolutely horrible, and the staff should be fired on the spot. I've been to approximately 30 different Jersey Mike's in the past 4 years due to the traveling we do with our job. Never have I seen a Jersey Mike's this bad, not even close.My advice to the owner is to fire everyone and start over or close your doors.

Every single time I go here there is a 50ish bald man working who is always in a horrific mood. Today he was screaming at the other people who were working and when I asked for my to go order all he said was yep. Judging by the other reviews, other people have the same experience with him. I have no clue why he is still working there.

I love the southeast but it’s rare to find sandwiches that rival the northeast. When I need a decent sandwich, I go to Jersey mikes. This is a great location. Nice and quick service, and very clean. Just wanted to send a note of appreciation. Thanks all!
Noticed surfaces were not clean and rag used to wash them was dirty. No glabes being used. My son found a hair in his sandwich They forgot my bacon.. I found 2 other hairs on the paper that was wrapped around my sandwich. At the Los poi t lost my appetite. I met some one the a month ago and everything seemed fine. Deemed like they went down hill awfully quick. Never going back again. I should have checked some of the reviews before I went.

I ordered 3 giant subs. ALL of the lettuce was brown, the tomatoes were mush, the bacon was white and the topping were all wrong.

I visited this location because I was told to try it. I don’t eat pork as I’m a Muslim. I entered the location and waited on line for 15 minutes. When I got up I asked Steve if the same slicer was used to cut all the meat. He responded with yes. I then stated did he have another one because I don’t eat pork. Steve stated no but I can break it down and clean it just for you in a condescending tone. Surprised and disappointed by his response I walked out wondering if this is how all the people who don’t eat pork are being treated at this location.
