The food was good. The service was all right. And the atmosphere it was kind of crowded but everyone there seemed to be nice was loud but had an enjoyable
I believe the lady that helped us was named Nique.. she was amazing!! Pretty sure it was only her second or third day and her customer service was phenomenal even while trying to learn the system. After a long day of traveling she was the first person we met in town and she made us feel so much better about our stay here. If I was having a bad day I would 10/10 go back just to talk to her. Great service, great food, very clean. We will be going back. Give Nique a raise!!!

Stopped for a road side break. The place was clean and the food was hot. It was busy but no issues. The staff was friendly. Well managed.
KFC taking lessons from Bojangles now. Can't get an order right. Asked for legs instead of wings, got wings. Was supposed to get 6 biscuits, got 4. Pathetic that they can't get a simple order correct.
This review is for the employees only. Post Covid has destroyed workers! No wait as I went through drive thru. Ordered two 8 piece chicken wings. Was told it would be 10 minutes. Ok I will wait. And boy did i WAIT! Finally, go in, told oh sorry, we had to heat up the grease. They are just now dropping the wings and it'll be about five more minutes. I ask heat the grease? What have you been frying chicken in all day? another gentleman walks in and states he's been waiting 20 minutes and he got there after me so 40 minutes later we finally got our food. It was over fried by this time me and the other gentleman watched as the young man working the drive-through was playing on his phone. Some people just want to go to work and get a paycheck and not have to work for it then there are some people who work at Chick-fil-A and they work for their money and have excellent service. This younger generation need to learn how to work without a cell phone in there hand. This KFC has excellent service at lunchtime, but when that younger crowd comes in, stay away! And forget getting any food for supper!

Ordered on line for a big order that was ready on time . All I had to do was drive through the pick up window . I was finished and on my way in 5 minutes with no mistakes ! Good Job
hard to believe I'm actually adding a review for a fast food place. I was pleasantly surprised with this store! someone cares and it shows! from the info board for the employees to how clean the place is kept, I would come here again and again. oh yeah, food was great too
