My first and last trip to this restaurant. Ordered 1/2 club w/salad. Server said included another side so chose cinnamon apples. Salad ok, sandwich dry and about 5 or 6 pieces of apple floating in juice. Apples had piece of onion instead of apple. My friend had the salad w/baked potato. Salad had too many bacon bits and potato was size of fist drowning in butter. She paid same thing as me for less food! Unpleasant experience to say the least.

This place sucks! Never consistent with their food. Always over cooked steaks. They waste SOOOOO much food. Management and employees are BULLIES! I have never worked with more hateful people. Sad.

Essentially when we came in we waited roughly 10-15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us after being seated. We did notify the hostess that we haven't had a waiter/waitress serve us yet, she walks off and the wait began again for a sec until a gentleman named Charonne/Charon (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) helped us when he noticed we haven't been served. I don't even think we were in his section but he stated that he noticed we had been sitting awhile and decided to step in since no one else seemed to notice us.One of the most respectful and attentive waiters we've had in a while. Always had full drinks, bread on the table, checked on us regularly even with so many other tables and ensured our food was perfect.We did have a situation where my bfs steak came out overdone multiple times, they finally got it right after remaking it 3 times and Charonne/Charon got the meal taken off of our ticket due to all the inconveniences we had experienced since sitting down.Thank you again. We come and eat here 1-2 times a week and we definitely hope to see Charonne/Charon again!Hours we came: 4:10-5:30pm

Horrible food! Had to send my plate back because it was so bad. The manager sent to me after sending my plate back was missing some teeth. Which was gross. I used to like this place but the last few times the food has went downhill and so has the waitstaff!!

We’ve frequented this restaurant for years… used to go about once a week and the food/service went way downhill. We decided to try it a few months ago and have gone about once every 2 weeks, since and the food quality has drastically changed! Everything has been great! The ribs are fall off the bone and fabulous, the mesquite chicken is so super moist & tender. The ribeye has been cooked correctly every time! The rolls have been hot and plump! Great job Logan’s for stepping it up!

Had a wonderful time with our awesome friends ❤️ the food was good but the opportunity to have a place to go and spend some time with our wonderful friends in the Lord was the best of all!

The overall experience was horrible. I will never go back. We never saw the person who was supposed to be our actual waitress. We just had other people come by and ask if we had been helped. One lady took our drink order, but never actually brought us our drinks. A separate lady then took our order and none of it was right. Our sides weren't correct and food was cold. My husbands 11oz sirloin was the same size and my 8 oz. My daughter couldn't even eat hers. Much too expensive for awful service and bad food.

It was not busy at all, the waitress didn't come back to check on us, for nearly 45 minutes ran completely out of drinks. We hadn't got our main course, ended up having to get our food to go cause we had been there for almost 1 1/2 hour. As we were leaving and walked out the front door waitress and other employees standing at the door smoking. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!
