We went here for my husband's birthday. The service was amazing. The place was almost empty at 6pm. Our food got to us pretty quick. However, the food was bland. It basically had no flavor. So, I can't really say how good the food was. We will probably go back and give it another try.

I recently moved to NC from California been here for about 6 months and i have ate at many Mexican restaurants around the area Hickory,Lincolnton ,Gastonia among others .To be fair to Los Arcos this was my first time there and we all know whether it's your first time somewhere or your100th time there you can encounter a bad experience .To start off I'm not comparing the food or experience to California but to other Mexican restaurants in North Carolina .The staff was nice the restaurant looked nice and clean ,I drank 3 beers and ordered a Margarita that was $26.99 the margarita tasted like some type of juice .I also ordered some food it was ok I guess .If I do go back it will be just to order bottle beers and if I order food it will just be the Guacamole with chips.This was 4/9/2024 around 4PM

The lady that runs this place is a manipulator, absolutely disgusting human being, as a manager she sucks and treats her staff like garbage, that’s why you’re likely to see different servers at different times except for the ones that have worked there for 20 years or the ones that need money fast. The manager is a master at gossiping, she will be nice in your face and then will fabricate stories about you behind your back. Be mindful of who you support. Absolutely disgusting costumer service on her part. The place is ok, food is just ok, nothing to go crazy about.
