Ordered a pizza tonight for delivery. Pizza was promised by 7:30. The delivery was 45 minutes late and the pizza was cold. The lady that answered the phone when I called to see where my order was no help at all. I have enjoyed this location but time to find new pizza place. This location has gone down hill the last few times.

Worst pizza experience I've had. Ordered for pick up ...on a Tuesday and have been waiting in the store 35 min after a 15 min drive here. Still no food. Also 7 other ppl waiting . Ridiculous. Never

Normally Marcos has great pizza and pretty quick delivery but the last three times I’ve used this location will be my last. Today I ordered online, which they push heavily for you to do…an hour late I called to see where the pizza was. Few minutes on hold and I get a vague answer about it’ll be here soon. I pressed for a time and they said they don’t know. I asked for a refund and they can’t. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. I said I expect a refund on the call like all other businesses do and she hung the phone up.Few minutes later and somebody calls apologizing saying they want me back and here’s a $5 credit.Marco’s you can’t pay your way to success in the food industry. Just do what you’re supposed to do consistently and you’ll succeed. In my eyes, you no longer do that and I’ll be looking for somewhere that does.

Ordered a large pizza last night with a coupon. Typically Marcos is good, but the pizza was undercooked this time around. But the best part was their delivery driver telling me I didn’t tip them enough for their drive to my house as he backed away from me. Needless to say I’ll order pizza elsewhere.

Horrible service i order a medium delux and was given a small and the owner argue with me and tried telling me it was a medium when i ask for a refund she refuse to give me one stating she does not give refunds ...then when i get the pizza home there was barley any cheese on it ... i will never order from them again and i be contacting corporate and giving a complaint

Called the store, had to repeat everything but finally gave my order, gave my card number three times, got put on hold for a few, someone else came on for the card number again because their systems were not working (phone static, website not loading, card reader timing out). Told her not to worry about it, I'd order elsewhere. They need more help and better technology.
