My wife was very happy to check the menu to place an order but when she entered she did not realize that they had just cleaned the floor and it was very slippery, she fell, hit her knee, I ran down to go help her up. That was on Thursday, February 8 at approximately 8:PM, an average worker helped me lift it, thank God it was not a serious blow, there is no broken bone, but due to the blow it was a little difficult to get it into the car, thank you Thank God, a man who was still collecting his order helped me carry my wife to the car, please be more careful, a wet and slippery floor is very dangerous, I wish everything improves, thank you.

The app sucks. I asked for my pizza to be well done. It got to me lukewarm and very far from well done. If you're gonna send it out. Send it out right. I'd be very fine if you would have kept my pizza in the oven for another three minutes rather than sending your driver out on a triple and giving me my pizza "as soon as possible." I know this pizza was in the back of her car and it wasn't even well done. Or cut all the way through for that matter. How about let's hire me from the indeed app and I can run this store at nights. Let's say again, I'd rather wait for your driver to have returned to the store and my pizza sit in the hotbox for another 20 minutes and it be well done than get an uncut not well done pizza.District manager sends me those 50% off coupons for not ordering for a while. Well this is why.

Pizzas great, service not so much. I did curbside pickup due to a sprained ankle but after 20 minutes of waiting when I selected arrived I had to end up going in to get my food. Not to mention the workers just talking and glancing in my direction a few times as I waited at the pickup parking spot. What happened to genuine great service? Please do better Marcos management it’s not difficult to enforce high quality work.
